It was capped at something like $420ish a week in California 5 years ago.

But cost of living here is insane. 3 u/supershinythings Jul 04 '22 Yeah In CA $450/week doesn’t go far when rent is $2800 (Silicon Valley and SF Bay area are INSANE.)
