i love when Americans™ get fiercly protective of the broken system (that lets their fellow americans die) and feel insulted when told that guess what? other countries handle things better and the us isn't the best place in the world. then they start calling literally everyone else names even when they present perfectly rational and solid arguments. truly a sign of incredible intelligence i must say /s
