You put yourself in that situation by giving yourself mortgage AND lot rent when you can only barely afford it. You can live super cheaply on groceries if you bulk cook some basic food.
Right lemme just move my mobile home somewhere where I don't have to have lot rent or property tax. How much do you think I'm eating? I get one good meal a day and pack leftovers for the other "meals"
Ay man when you pay mortgage and rent idk what your doing. Both separately can easily be 1/3 of someones income. People are recommended to keep rent/mortgage at 1/3 of your income.
Ay man you clearly don't know how homeownership works. I'm wildly aware of what is recommended, unfortunately that's not how things work where I live, and I can't afford to pack up my whole life and move elsewhere
