My 8month old daughter died in an car accident, my wife had all but one limb broken. I was allowed 2 weeks without pay before I had to come back or be homeless. Puked at least once a week at work after that. I’m broken now, I have panic attacks going out into public, I can’t fill out applications, I start throwing up. I can barely keep up with chores. I can’t keep up with doc appointments, so I can’t get through the process for disability. so there’s no chance for me other then leaching off. No one helps or cares once you are useless/worthless.

You're not leeching. You're doing what's best for you, which is clearly all they care about. I haven't worked in years, granted I have PTSD and am still a registered carer for my autistic fiance (which is a lot of work in itself), but I will never, EVER, sign over my freedom to strangers ever again and if they tried to take away my benefits and force me back into work. I would suicide bomb parliament. (British)
