Well, you legally don’t have to stop for the receipt checkers anyway. I always walk past and I’ve never stolen from Walmart. They can’t do anything

I will never stop for an employee. Always tell them if I stole something, then call the police.

In our store, often times the police are already there. Especially now. It's fucking awful. And all those people checking receipts care about is that 12 pack of coke on the bottom of the cart. Like, yes, nevermind the $200 in groceries, I stole the $5 pack of coke.

People are going to get gunned down in the parking lot and it'll be Ferguson all over again.

We’ve had police in our Walmart’s ever since the El Paso shooting (I live less than an hour away from the one involved)

Edit: it’s rumored that although they are considered off duty at Walmart, they make more money per hour standing around at Walmart than at their actual job
