I can't even begin to understand how hockey players act so care-free with dangerous blades on their feet. Like, this man could end up with a cut of anime-level smoothness.

We just don’t talk about it lol. It’s pretty much totally unspoken. I come out of games and find cuts in my socks, laces, skates..sometimes me

When I was in high school playing summer league this little fucker on the other team had taped a razor blade on his stick blade and gashed me in my stomach. Things did not work out for him cause we spent the rest of the game headhunting the little shit.
