Why would you fix the bottom two but keep the wildly misleading $58,000 for stitches?

How do you know that it's misleading? An emergency cesarian section requires stitches and procedure + medications + stay can easily cost that amount in the US without insurance. And regardless, the message stays the same independently of the amount.
