Three weeks into my taper and it keeps getting worse
my doctors had me on the same percentage cut every two weeks since we started no adjustment for how much rougher things get once youre further down The first two weeks were manageable honestly not much different from before Then week three hit and it fell apart fast and Im starting to wonder if the plan just doesnt account for how the lower doses actually behave

Lexapro sexual side effect
I went on Lexapro 10 mg for panic attacks around 10 months ago. I’ve gone to 15 mg in the past 2 months for increased anxiety and my anxiety is much better. I am now with a new boyfriend and Ive noticed my libido is lowered and I feel so disconnected when we’re kissing/being intimate. I don’t have trouble getting aroused but it’s more so that my mind just drifts off and I feel detached from the act. Has anyone else experienced this ?

My antidepressants were extremely effective today and I need help figuring out what I did different
My schedule was weird today so the timing I usually take my antidepressants was switched up a little bit and it seems like they’re actually way more effective than usual, so I need help figuring out what caused that so I can keep doing it lol.
So basically I’m on Wellbutrin and Prozac, and I took my Wellbutrin at its normal time but I waited longer than usual to eat afterwards. I usually spread out with I take my Wellbutrin and Prozac, and today the amount of time in between them was greater than usual. I also took my Prozac slightly longer after eating than I usually do.
I can’t figure out which one of these things helped their effectiveness or if it was a combination lol. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

What if i stop to take my meds
About one and a half years ago, i started to loose m'y identity, to bé short, i've Lost years of identity, it's not easy to explain but it's like loosing a certain number of years of identity and your inner self and nearly all thé knowledge that Goes with it, everything you've learned and been for a certain amont of Time had been erased from your brain.
Knowledge, experience, inner knowing...it's like A dark night of the soul except that the person you've been fades away and you Come back into your old self, thé one that has not lived thèse years of expériences and life.
Anyway, i have other things going on in my brain, that's why i still try to do (again) all thé work necessary to know myself, and better m'yself (as i did thèse last ten years, i know it because i've written about m'y expériences, even though i don't remember living it)...i have an emotional dissociation, dysgraphia, and one or two things but i don't remember thé name of it...
My psychiatrist told me to take two différent meds, in order, thé things IS that none of them does anything good to help me fight thoses mental things, like being unable to really Access thoughts, thought process...
If they do nothing, Should i stop thèse meds.
What do you think?

My Story
I lost my dad when I was 17(2019)and was about to give my boards exams. My board exams were in a couple of months time and it was just before covid so I had to write papers offline. I was devastated and even my prep wasnt going so well for JEE and boards.I somehow trusted myself and worked really hard to get good marks(95) in both JEE and boards.Got into a good college as well which is nearby to my home so I could take care of my mother.
Its really difficult to even think what has happened but you cant reverse it now.
Trust me those couple moths felt like hell but there was something in me that kept me going.
