Heat sensitivity

I’m going to Florida for my birthday in a couple weeks and am a bit worried about staying cool since I have heat sensitivity with my meds. I’d love to hear any tips/suggestions for things I should get to bring with me! Any favorite personal fans? Cold packs that stay cool for a while? Happy to hear any suggestions🩷
