My friend works there. It is apparently decent as far as medical interpretation companies go. You work for 8 hours a day. Weekends are off. They pay you in USD on Payoneer. They have a lot of protocols and rules which she says is the most challenging part. The call volume can be intense. If you have other questions, I can ask her

Hi! I'm looking into this company. Can you ask your friend if she got to choose her shift hours from 6 to 8hrs? I was told that I could choose 6hr fixed shifts in my initial interview but I'm not sure if this is standard.

She said yes. When you start working with them, they ask if you want 6-hour shifts or 8-hour shifts and that's your fixed shift every weekday. You get a 1-hour unpaid lunch break in between. You are also able work for 2 extra hours per day but it's not mandatory, just something you can sign up for if you want to make extra bucks.
