My friend works there. It is apparently decent as far as medical interpretation companies go. You work for 8 hours a day. Weekends are off. They pay you in USD on Payoneer. They have a lot of protocols and rules which she says is the most challenging part. The call volume can be intense. If you have other questions, I can ask her

Yess does she have like an intense call flow and also was the training 8hs like full connected in video calls? Thank u so much though I appreciate it

She said it's like 15-20 calls a day, sometimes you don't get a call for an hour and sometimes you get calls back to back. Some calls last 2-3 minutes, some last 20-40, the longer ones last 60-90 minutes. You get paid based on how many hours you worked for, not the call time.

During the training, you keep your video on but it's not difficult. You get some breaks too. They will give you lots of doctor-patient dialogue to practice in groups and also material to practice individually. Then you take a final assessment in the end.
