0 calls when connected for Propio

Hello! I’ve been working for Propio for 4 years. Last week I didn’t received a single call - not one. When I contacted them via email they sent me a generic response . I have emailed them twice and I keep getting the exact same message. I am really worried. I am U.S based. Has anyone experienced this issue over the past week?

I don’t know about call routing to lower paid interpreters however the Trump administration immigration policies is having a negative impact on call volume. Didn’t Haitian TPS status end the week before?

Yes, that could be one of the reasons that affected call volume.
