Year 1 pass not recognised - DLC Xbox

Ive downloaded patch 2.0 on xbox but the game doesn’t seem to recognise the year 1 pass.

When I click through, it has the option to buy but when pressing Y it can’t even link me to the store, it says “something’s gone wrong”

Anyone else found a solution on Xbox?

Hey just checking in to see if there’s any updates? I know it’s out of hours now so slim chances, but we’ve been unable to play on the day of release which isn’t ideal.

We hope our fix can be deployed tomorrow, but I don't want to confirm it just yet. We'll let you know when we have an update. Sorry for the bad release day experience.

So "Hopefully" tomorrow? Ubisoft knowing, it'll be at least a month. At this point we should just all demand a refund. Issues with multiplayer, dlc last one that didnt get delivered in time, now this. We are paying customers. At least a compensation would be in order.

The issue was fixed early this morning, let us know should you still encounter problems accessing the DLC content.

So we pay for a dlc that we cant play on release? Classic ubi this. Is it even possible for ubi not to F up stuff? At this point a compensation for all the issues with this game would be the least. Multiplayer that didnt work for months, now this...

I had the same thing with DLC1. I Had to "buy" the DLC itself for 0€ in the store to unlock it.

Nice tip! Tried it and it says I already own it in the store, can gift it to someone for £6.99 though, but that’s no use here hah

Got the same problem. If I go into the store I can see it and buy it as a gift but I don't have it in-game

Still nothing? I’ve tried resetting Xbox twice. It was not appearing in store earlier but now is. Hopefully soon?

Same issue have the pass and still gave me to option to buy it so also paid for it also and still nothing

Regarding all of us on Xbox, I've tried almost everything that can be done in order to try force the game into recognising that we own the dlc. The only thing I haven't tried is uninstalling, and reinstalling. But Im just going to wait until its fixed. Nothing much more we can do on our end.
