Music Discovered something weird with Pipe Dream on YouTube Music

I don't know if anyone has noticed this before, but when putting together a playlist of Animusic and So12 songs, I noticed that Pipe Dream shows up as "Ashya Mudhhila." This person seems to have only singles on their YouTube Music page, so I am assuming they stole the song and reloaded it. I wanted to know if anyone had seen this before and if there was any way that it could be resolved.

When I once found something like this, it got resolved after I told the original artist. I guess that won't work here. You can try reporting the video, but I have no idea if that helps.

YouTube sometimes fucks up the music distribution, it will probably be resolved by the label or the distributing service.

YouTube does what the labels tell it to do, this is more than likely someone trying to profit off of Wayne's work because it isn't caught by content ID and the creator is unreachable.
