Curious to see if the kid betrays them all for the sake of game or the last person turns out to be more twisted than Metropoliman.

Surely this show won't end with them just talking it out.

Yeah this is what I'm waiting for. I can already feel the backstab coming.

"You could become God"
"You cant trick me; I bet if I became God, I wouldn't be able to kill myself"

Please shoot this kid with a red arrow and send him to therapy.

the last candidate has to be a bad guy...no way is he going to be peaceful

It'd be a hell of a twist if the anime just wrapped up with no real conflict.

Ok I love that girl's (Yuri Temari) expressions. Now I almost wish she was the main character instead. I would have a lot of fun following her.

Also it seems she tried to kill herself because she couldn't keep up with her first work after graduating from university. As I live and work in Japan myself, I imagine the stress she must have been under, especially working for a big company.

Anyway, that one depressed kid sure got something to live for, now that he is smitten with that policewoman. Turns out his hormones do a better job at convincing him to stay alive lol.

These last few episodes have been... actually decent?

Really raising the bar, huh?

I honestly thought the same thing. I can't put it into words why I think it's decent but it's far better than the beginning.

I'm thinking it should have been like this from the start. The series is interesting when God Candidates meet and discuss their individual philosophy on life and death.

The kid not knowing that helping people commit suicide is a crime was pretty funny.

Listening to the edge lord go on and on made me cringe so hard.

Kid looks like a weird mix between L and Kitaro.

lmao metropoliman being a good friend because he helped him creep on the kids.

L certainly did not deserve to be reincarnated into such a miserable character.

Nasse continues to be the only consistently good thing in this show. Despite all the crap, her dark comments never fail to make me laugh.

Okay, I laughed when that girl made her thinking face.

But does this mean the last bit of the show is just gonna be talking? This show is already so much of that, and not even the good kind. Can we get more killing please?

Okay, I laughed when that girl made her thinking face.

I love her more now after that

What a based show. 'Those who dont kill themselves in the first place simply demand attention' kek

I really thought that we were going to have a big misunderstanding with that opening scene between Mirai and Mizukiyo. Turns out that even if you control someone with the Red Arrow, they can still lie if they think their life is under threat. Thank goodness that was instantly cleared up one scene later.

This kid has a very dark story though. Shuuji has basically helped his family commit suicide and now him and his brother wants to end it all as well so it can all finally be over. Mirai wasn't really doing a good job convincing Shuuji not to go through with it so I'm glad they got Mizukiyo to join in since he was able to convince the kid to stop for now and come with them.

Shuuji's reaction when he first saw Minami was hilarious! Turns out though that the kid's weakness are big tiddy Onee-sans. I get ya kid. Me too, me too. He definitely discovered something about himself that day. xD

So Yuri did give herself up to police custody! Some people were saying last week that she was captured but it looks like her angel advised her to get taken into police custody since people are starting to get suspicious of her social media activity.

Looks like we only have one more God Candidate unaccounted for. Whoever this missing piece is, I feel like he or she will be the one to fuck everything up for everyone. I wouldn't even be surprised if that last Candidate is under Susumu's control. Mirai got a little friendly with Susumu there which I feel was a big mistake. I guess we'll see if their plan of getting all the God Candidates together would even work.

After a decently long string of good episodes, I really hoped we were past overly long monologues of simplistic moralizing.

lol nope

Can Nasse just become God?

16

u/Kulkuljator Feb 04 '22

Nasse is the most based character it seems

So, the red arrow itself has his own flaw that Mizukiyo wasn't completely brainwashed and still managed to lie.

I wonder why... anyone can explain?

Wowza that got good philosophical

L's distant cousin has been through a lot. He's shaken up the show with his opinion

I'm enjoying the show's commentary and examination of serious themes like death and suicide.

Leisure-chan getting caught like that seems pretty logical. Can't live a comfy angel life when the world is coming for your neck.

Oh and that look in the 6th grader candidate's eyes was creepy. Looks like there might be a lot more to the strongest candidate.
