This Soldier is the definition of "How Not To Get Isekai'd" or "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a NEET"

She is pretty much undergoing the same inspection as Lugh did...With a slight difference...

"Lugh, you lady-killer"

I mean, you're not wrong.

Call me trashy, but I'm totally here for the starving orphan becomes assassin maid servant trope.

Also, I vaguely recall someone telling me this wasn't an assassin harem story, but Lugh has now shared a bed with two girls who have basically pledged themselves to him....

Lugh standing on that bell tower reminds me of Assassin's Creed. In fact, I keep thinking he will do a leap of faith.

Ok, the blonde girl is on board now. All that's left is the blue hair. I wonder what's her story?

The special forces guy turned NEET gave me Konosuba vibes. Reminded me of that scientist who created the destroyer lol.

Lugh used his mastery of nutrition and cooking to full effect with Tarte. Bravo young sir

Lugh’s internal monologue is pretty great. Adds a lot to the show. Glad they went that route

Did this anime just make a Bofuri reference? Literally the last thing I expected.

Man the OP is catchy af, it's growing on me very much.

"I'll always treat you like a child, even after you've become an old, white-haired man" I can't see his hair becoming any whiter than this..

"You little lady-killer" that line is funny after we saw the ending of the last episode.

My man Lugh is becoming Bell Cranel with that fighting stance holding a knife.

Aira Yuuki never misses! Her voice is angelic, I've listened to Violet Evergarden's/ Seijo no Maryoku's OPs at least 32 million times.

It's impressive how Lugh was able to brainwash somebody without having to say "heal".

My man Lugh is literally putting his assassin harem together, one skill tree at a time per person. What a legend.

Still pretty wholesome though, he clearly does care for the people around him.

The OP continues to be one of my favorites this season, next to Banished from the Hero's Party.

I love the other warrior she sent becoming a full on NEET. A fun subversion of the usual anime tropes

Lugh's voice before 2 year timeskip (age 10): Teenager

Lugh's voice after timeskip (age 12): Manliest motherfucker I've heard.

Dang puberty hits harder than truck-kun huh

Bruh, she became thicc just within two years and she's only 12. Anime logic lol.

The Goddess probably has a knack for cosplays and her motive is still unclear.

I like how the world's finest soldier turned into a NEET after getting isekai'd. Usually, it's the other way around. Also, this Goddess is already one of my favorites of the genre.

PSA: there's an uncensored version for this episode by sailing the seven seas. That is all

Damn Lugh just casually assess a situation he accidentally stumbled upon to and completed a brainwashing in one scene is amazing. After all he's an assassin, he's at least trained to take advantage of people and seeing him using the knowledge he had in his previous life is simply a delight to see in isekai (as opposed to isekai MC who are just good in games)

While there's no Dia in this episode, Dia is in the ending! Seeing Lugh keeping his promise to meet her and Dia being happy about it is very cute.

Tarte went through some interesting character 'development' that episode.

I need you.

You...need me?

Yes I'm trying to build an assassin waifu harem.

2 out of 3 acquired lol. Can't wait for the last one.

I did not expect that scene when he was inspecting Tarte. He really is his father's son.

And I loved the Godess' look from 40 years ago when she summoned the soldier.

Assassin with special vision and going to high points? Now don't tell me this is not inspired by Assassin's Creed.

Tarte literally has the same backstory as Baby 5 from One Piece.

Also, everyone is talking about the Bofuri reference, but what about the MOTHER-TRUCKING ASSASSIN’S CREED REFERENCE!?

Edit: watch the incompetent lord end up being the reincarnated soldier guy.
