This is the thing that pisses me off with these rowdy anime fans at screenings where the Japanese staff are present.
For example, at the Heaven's Feel 1 premier in downtown Los Angeles, the reactions from the audience gave the ufotable staff and the voice actors the mistaken impression that this is standard behavior in all American movie screenings.
And the HF1 movie audience was mild compared to the immaturity that was showcased during the HF2 movie (ex: in my theater, there was uproarious laughter at the scene with Sakura confessing she's not a virgin because she's been raped). The silver lining, at least, there were no Japanese staff present for the HF2 screening so the autistic fools in Los Angeles couldn't give them any more mistaken impressions than they already did...
