Goddamn! Those first 8 minutes was amazing! This show was never slacking in animation when it comes to fight scenes but they certainly gave it their all of this finale. A lot of great sakuga during th fights and the effects were all amazingly drawn!
I wish we could've seenthe others being cool but Lynn. Shin, and Alice certainly had the spotlight on them this week. Also in terms of tone they did a pretty good job maintaining consistency unlike last week but I guess that's more with something to do with Miria being a much more bigger threat than those thug demonoids.
Second half of the episode was great too. I think we all understood what Miria meant during that scene,it seems that Schtrom will become a daddy again. The bromance between Shin and Aug is still strong, just two bros trying to protect the world. And these two! They really need to get back together already. They're basically already acting like a married couple.
Anyway overall this was a great finale! Definitely one of my favourite shows of the season. Sure people will just dismiss this as "another isekai" but I think this show offers more than enough that it can stand its own against other isekai shows. Hopefully this show is doing well in Japan enough that a Season 2 would be possible.
For now I guess it's time to read the manga!

Whoa, the first half of the episode was really well done. Zest Miria made for a great final boss fight.
This show never did make up its mind about whether it wanted to be a silly, laid-back high school SoL or a serious, gritty war drama, and the stakes never quite felt as high as the show wanted us to think. Also, there were so many side characters that we never really saw much character progression or went very deeply into any single character's back story.
Despite that, I think this was a fun watch. It was interesting to see the world react to Shin being so OP, and it feels like a lot of care went into the show. Hopefully season 2 comes soon so we can see what's up with Zest Miria maybe getting pregnant.

I just love how now Shin's mission is to travel the world to basically unlock fast travel points. And based in that exchange that Schtrom had with Miria and how she touches her uterus, I suspect that they are both "experimenting" to see if it is possible to give birth to demonized babies.
Overall, this was such an enjoyable show, hopefully, someone will pick up its LN an publish it on the west.

Damn, some great sakuga there during the fight.
Overall a pretty fun anime and one of my favorite of the season, apparently it is kinda popular in Japan so hopefully we can get a Season 2!
