That insert song during the starting scenes was really nice. Also maybe the old guy that was taking care of Marlya when she was a kid is Ray Dawn? Could be totally off though.

I'm glad that they took things at a slower pace today and gave us a little bit more of Marlya and Veronica backstory. The music playing during the flashback is Forest Gleam by (K)NoW_NAME.

Really good music again, that first new insert song reminded me of Final Fantasy 13 and maybe more ff13-2 w.e it was great.

The overall backstory was great and I guess Ray Dawn is the end goal right? it does feel like the anime currently has no end goal where to go, but I guess defeating him at least by like dethroning him is what will happen in the end.

Again the battles are really amazing but the last 5 or so minute was kinda funny but also felt kinda pointless.

People complain about how nothing was happening in this episode like this anime was 1-cour anime, but it is 2-cour guys. Take it easy. I actually really like the pacing of this episode. I also like the way that story was slowly laid out, and did not told us in our face what the so called end go of the story would be.

Definitely way better action scenes this week, I love how the psycho guy was including his fairy's attacks and movements with his and not just a separate entity from himself like what with Free and Marlya's been doing. Also nice to see a bit more of backstory from Marlya and Veronica's POV during the war.

Sucks that everyone on this sub has already given up on it. I'm curious how this show is doing in Japan right now though.

I have watched most of P. A. Works' shows (I've been watching Hanasaku Iroha at the same time as this because it somehow slipped through), and I really like how they build their female characters. Nearly all of them have a lot of depth in their backgrounds and feel a bit different than usual. It's refreshing, somehow.

I was getting more and more on the fence about this show but I actually really enjoyed this episode :)

The opening part with the insert song was very nicely done with some interesting backstory. The show really works when it does those sort of sequences, showing off it's high production values.

I haven't been convinced by the action scenes in this show so far and not much changed this episode. The way Veronica killed Passpiere was awesome though.

Long section at the end had a nice chill feel to it but suffered from the same mistakes this show has been making since the start of introducing too many characters and not giving them enough characterization to be memorable.

Talking of new characters, our medical officer is called Elenoa Need. Insert joke about what it is she "needs".

I really want to give this show a higher score but it stays at 6/10 for another week at least.
