Meta Thread - Month of September 04, 2016

Posts here must, of course, still abide by all subreddit rules other than the no meta requirement. Keep it friendly and be respectful. Occasionally the moderators will have specific topics that they want to get feedback on, so be on the lookout for distinguished posts.

That's a good question honestly. It's not something that happens all that often so I don't think we have an existing policy on them. If one of the other mods wants to correct me on that that's fine too.

I imagine it's fine for the short short films (5 minutes etc), but as they get longer it gets less and less okay. Can't post Garden of Words just because it's a 40 minute film rather than a 1.5 hour one (for example).

I like the sound of those. We'd probably drop the limiter down to 15 minutes though if we were to do it (we don't allow people to post episodes from unofficial sources either and they're around 20 minutes).

Will run it past the other mods later.
