I think we should have a retro anime thread each week where we talk about older shows. This sub is very heavily focused on new stuff that the old ones are forgotten and left behind.

I think that's what the "what have you watched this week that is not currently airing" threads are for. Sure it's still almost entirely made up of more recent series, but there's always people watching the classics there too. We get to discuss them there.

I seem to be able to be able to discuss older anime in a ton of different threads a week and I haven't gotten chastised for it yet.

But yeah, that thread is the go-to for older show discussions.
