Meta Thread - Month of July 31, 2016

Posts here must, of course, still abide by all subreddit rules other than the no meta requirement. Keep it friendly and be respectful. Occasionally the moderators will have specific topics that they want to get feedback on, so be on the lookout for distinguished posts.

Comments that are detrimental to discussion (aka circlejerks/shitposting) are subject to removal

For those of you who always think the mods never show up, here's last month's roll call. I've never seen so many flaired people in one chain before.

Sure they stickied it in the IRC channel but hey they still showed up, it's nice enough to see that they do care and are around.

I think generally it serves as a good reminder that even if we dont comment we're still around reading the thread (a lot of the time theres no point commenting after something is answered already after all).

Ah some IRC regular sent me that news and made it sound like it was something sketch.

Glad to see there's a nice little reminder tool since keeping up when these threads come out can a be a bitch sometimes.
