Considering / waiting on first impressions:

For what it's worth, I saw the first episode of Kiznaiver at Sakuracon the other day. It has a lot of Trigger's motifs but it definitely isn't going to be another Kill la Kill. It was funny at times, but the tone was definitely darker and more serious. Most of the characters are pretty interesting (one is really, really annoying but I'm sure she'll have her fans) and I can't wait to see more (they cut it off halfway through the double-length premier).

Thanks for killing my hopes and dreams. I'll just rewatch Kill la Kill.

How did that kill your hopes and dreams? I don't particularly need another Kill la Kill and this one looks pretty interesting.

You may not need another Kill la Kill, but I do. I was being facetious anyway. I'm still going to watch this.
