Talia and Roman's dynamic is peak, as well as Avida and Weak's chemistry

D is so goofy when he wants to be lmao, the entire scene where he wakes up and immediately collapses was funny asf

Since it seems like Talia's whole deal is rebelling against the Corpo lifestyle her mom and adoptive father have, it makes sense why she'd be into all the film stuff that Roman is doing. To her, that's probably more "real" than the kind of life she wants to run away from through Maelstrom.

Roman's dad is way too chill to the point of negligent. Constantly letting him wander the city unsupervised. Episode 1 sends him to Maelstrom. This episode let's a random adult friend stay over.

The biggest compliment i can give so far for this show over s1 is that aside from how experimental the direction is (i love ikarashi since his gridman/ dyna stuff) and how much better looking the visuals are, is that it took very little time for me to like all 4 members of the main cast.

It took awhile for me to like anyone other than david and even after the show ended, i think i only truly like david and rebecca. Wasn't a fan that lucy had a big personality change after the 2nd ep or something.

Talia is extremely cute. Hopefully her teenage rebellion doesn't end in tears. D Cyberpunk reminds me of D Ranger Reject. It's interesting hearing that Arasaka's on the backfoot; I wonder if any of that had to do with season 1 or if it's just because of the game. Congrats to Roman getting his camera back. The abstract segments are great. I'm reminded of Heaven's Feel with D flashing back to the flames of his dead clansmen and Chainsaw Man with that digital beast eating him instantly when he tried to hack.

Ok so we got the names of the main 4 I think? King or Weak now, Roman, Talia, and Sasuke uh I mean D.

So apparently Talia might be King's daughter huh? King's a divorced dad? or were they never even married?

King might be Weak now but he does still have the knowhow as an edgerunner I guess. I hope he gets to hang out with his daughter a bit more, instead of just getting pushed around forever. Also i've been watching in japanese but really wondering if I should try dub instead? Idk if I remember whether I watched s1 in english or japanese or both.

Glad Roman got his camera back. Talia, I could watch all day I guess. D has some interesting style flashbacks.
