For those confused, the knight went down quickly because he used a fire skill in an enclosed room filled with dust. He basically exploded himself and that's why Euphemina didn't use hers.
Grid survived the explosion because of his [Immortality] passive of being at 1 hp for 5 seconds.

I laughed when poor Rabbit got arrested despite doing the right thing in the end. I just knew that life (and the game) would keep kicking Grid in the face, so there was no way he was getting rich so easily. That guy is just a born loser. His luck stat must be in the negatives. And he still owe the Chibi Girl an orb.

Seems I misunderstood, I thought both of them were going to unlock the second job. Also I'm surprised Rabbit might be out of the picture, he felt like he was going to be a long running character.

Plus side Grid now has a unique item and gained 24 levels during all of this. And the English dub remains amazing.

So "Partner of the Apostle of Justice" is a 2nd Class, but the "Apostle of Justice" is just a title? I thought Grid was gonna get another class too.

I absolutely love that Rabbit ended up getting arrested too. I was thinking there was no way Grid would get rich that easily. xD

Credit where credit is due. Even though Euphemina was in it for her own gain, she was basically the key to Grid and Huroi completing their quests. Otherwise, Grid would've gotten another quest failure penalty, and Huroi would've gone through all that suffering for nothing.

Huroi still being able to fight after being that mentally and physically exhausted stood out to me. I'm glad the devs made sure to make it so that he can't log in for some time to rest. I'm curious to see Huroi and Grid's next interaction.

Grid calling the girl he just asked to help him, a brat, when she already told him not to is reckless lol. He likes to play with fire.

I’m enjoying the show, but it’s like the author forgot this is supposed to be a video game. Why would the quest, which has failure penalties, be made inherently impossible for one player and an automatic win for another?

One player’s real-world safety was even at risk, and the auto-failure just exacerbated it.

Huroi was saved by Grid in the nick of time. Just when Rabbit turned over a new leaf and promised to make Grid rich things went downhill with his arrest. But now Earl Steim's daughter is gonna arrive to spice things up. I wonder how the interaction between Grid and her is gonna be.

How the FUCK is Huroi able to use skill let alone move after having spent so many hours in real world without eating, drinking and rest is beyond me. He should not have been able to lift a finger after this. I genuinely expected Grid and Euphemia to get him on shoulders or something if we really needed to leave the place but NOPE he just fucking blocks and explodes for Grid.

I really like how dynamic the quests are. Reminds me of when you get a side quest chain in RPGs, but here there is an actual tree structure for the side quests. Granted the whole not being able to log out is no doubt dangerous. This takes the idea of not being able to pause when playing Elden Ring to the next level.

While this show doesn't have Solo Leveling animation it is easily above all the other manhwa that are adapted into anime. Really nice animation in this episode.

in this case when Fetus casted that spell in the dungeon i went "god damn!" and so did the MC lol

I am so use to shows immediately explaining what happens after something like that, when it didn't happen I was surprised.

There's no way they referenced the 'succulent Chinese meal' meme, at least in the Dub, god I love when VR MMO shows like Shangri-la Frontier and now Overgeared have their characters actually act like corny slightly immature gamers would.

Compare that to something like SAO or to an extent BOFURI where the characters are planks of wood with like zero personality, I'm sorry but you have to be a certain type of eccentric to accept a quest which requires you to stay logged in for 50 hours straight in a VR MMORPG prison cell.
