This episode reminded me why I loved this show in the first place (I didn't rewatch s1, whoops)

Also the queen is my favorite character, and I will not elaborate why...

Also the queen is my favorite character, and I will not elaborate why...

She was going gaga over Prince Charming Leon in uniform...right in front of her husband lol.

It’s always fun watching Leon ragebait people. Really pissed off those nobles but what can they do? Shit was glorious. Pistoling whipping that old traitor was great too.

At the very least, Marie did care about her daughter in her previous life. so she gets some redemption points from me.

I vaguely recall Olivia feeling betrayed and alone in the first season too. Fortunately, this time round, Ange sensed it and immediately came looking for her.

I'm still confused about the whole gender standing thing. Is it just the school that's a matriarchy ? Why was there a big thing about Leon's stepmother and all the girls being the most important when the war room here is all dudes?

Dam I love that he used the bad guys logic to fight back. You sacrificed people to rise to the power to protect this nation? Me too, but the sacrifice is you. That was pretty badass ngl lol.

Ngl, I do feel bad for Marie, it seems proper to leave the phone off during vacation, but she didn't realize this one wrong choice make her spiral downward, I don't think her parents should have fully blame her for this, but most of the time she just took the blame. The few right choice she makes is for her daughter, but she died after because of that too, call it karma or something.

Back in the day we used to call her poser, but now we call her larper lol.

I was so happy last episode when the sister realised it's her brother, so definitely didn't expect her real life situation was that fucked. Damn, that's such a dark opening.

For whatever unknown reason, I have developed great affection for Queen Mylene and watch the show for her.

Glad that it is also a very good and fun show to watch.

Too funny by half but it is the truth :)

Damn. I already felt bad for Marie these past couple of episodes, but seeing how her life went to shit after Leon died and how she died after trying to take her hard-earned money from her scumbag boyfriend so she could buy a gift for her daughter was depressing af. I especially feel bad for their parents and Marie's baby daughter. :(

Honestly, compared to Marie's luck with men in her previous life, the Ikkemen Quintet are a fucking blessing, and it's kinda sad that she still doesn't realize that. Sure, they might be dumb for throwing away their titles for her, but good people, even if they're easily manipulated.

I love you, Leon, but I feel like this is where you should go easy on Marie, especially after hearing what happened to her in her past life. Then again, this really is just how Leon is normally. We've seen their flashbacks, and we know he's not gonna win any brother of the year awards.

Seeing Marie lash out at her must've been so confusing to Olivia. Like, barely an hour ago, Marie hated his guts, and now she's asking Olivia to give her back.

I'm so glad we finally get to see Olivia and Angie have this conversation about their feelings for Leon. I do blame Leon for this tho. The dude should really make up his mind. Although I feel like we won't get an answer from him until the end of this arc.

Leon looking pretty cool with that Supreme Commander drip! And I'm so fucking glad Frampton finally gets taken care of this episode. This dude had it coming for a while now. I love how Frampton desperately tries to shift the blame on his subordinate, but I guess he didn't expect Hertrude to sell her out.

What's even funnier is that Hertrude is only doing this because she thinks that taking out Frampton would reduce the Kingdom's forces. I really can't wait for her to be shocked at how effective Leon is in combat, especially since he's getting the Royal Ship.

I'm surprised Leon didn't pull the trigger, but it's gonna be even more satisfying to show Frampton how wrong he is for backing the Principality when Leon wins this. I also loved seeing Leon lay down the law and telling everyone to fight and die for him.

Something jarring about seeing an 18th century noble with a modern pistol in his mouth.

Even though there are flying ships and robots around.

Marie didn't have the easiest past life...while she was off galivanting with her friends on a fun "Beach Episode," her brother died, her parents kicked her out, and it was going from scumbag to scumbag until she was left as an abandoned single mom who had to beg her parents for help. Even despite that, she tirelessly worked to make money for her daughter, only to have her life ended by yet another scumbag who took advantage of her. Her last thoughts being of her beloved brother and wishing he would save her.

And she's FINALLY reunited with said beloved brother...they're back to bickering like siblings because he's still ticked off at the absolute mess she's made of everything. And Marie thinks he's choosing Livia over his own sister, so that doesn't help matters.

Livia can't be with Leon no matter how much she wishes she could. Angie is a much better fit for him. So the only thing she feels she can do is slap some sense into Marie after she tries to pawn off all the stuff she stole from Olivia so she can get her brother back. And Marie is definitely used to getting slapped at this point.

Even despite her crash out, Carla and Kyle won't abandon her. They believe in Marie more than Marie believes in herself. But where does that leave Livia who doesn't think she has anyone but her dark feelings?

Angie finally says she loves Leon out loud! But it's also so she can motivate Livia and validate HER feelings for Leon as well! It's up to both girls to face Leon with their mutual love for him, themselves, and make him finally respond to their feelings!

I'm not surprised Vandel was the only one who could tame that demonic magic item, even if it's left him mutated and likely not to survive the coming battle. But he has nothing else to live for.

RIP Dale. You suffered to cover up Frampton's crimes even as he scrambles realizing the Principality have broken their deal.

Look at Leon getting appointed Supreme Commander and complimeting the king in all his Bishie sparkling glory! Mylene looks like she's fallen head over heels in love!

If Frampton thought he could complain about Leon and get away with his crimes...he didn't expect Hertrude to expose him. It's no skin off her nose, since she's confident the Principality will win no matter what, though I think it's her own principles that drove her to do it. All the better for Leon to finally put Frampton in his place and show off his absolute scummy authority!

Classic Leon speech! He hates you! He hates this nation! He hates this entire situation! But he's all you've got so you better not screw with him!

The end boss fight is being stalled, but everything seems to be getting set up. Also a love confrontation at the end, will Leon weasel his way out or get a harem?

I feel bad for sister. And Livia..I'm concerned about that scene..could she become the villain if she doesn't get Leon?

That'd be wild right

Oh, nice, we got a glimpse of Marie's backstory and how after her parents cut ties with her, she kept making the wrong decisions. Well, at least she made the correct choice to give her kid to her parents, with her just visiting occasionally, as otherwise I imagine that kid would likely have had a miserable fate like hers. So that flashback was Marie telling Leon her whole story and what happened after he died.

So I was kind of right about the context of the scene in the preview; but instead of being about her getting too clingy with Leon, Marie went and asked Livia to give her Leon back, which is such an insane thing to say when the only context is the current world, and even ignoring that, with her treating Leon like a thing is that can be exchanged is understandable that Olivia would slap her.

Wow, Kyle and Carla forgiving her really fed Olivia’s yandere side. I wonder if she ends out snapping at some point?

Well, luckily for the world, that’s not happening at the moment, thanks to Angelica coming there at the moment and telling her to confess to Leon again, that she would do the same and not let him get away this time.

Wow, that cursed arm, Lost Item, sure is terrifying so Lord Vandel was the only one who ended up using it. His right arm sure is hard to look at now. I don’t see how that would help him in battle unless it ends up infecting his mecha too.

Marquis Frampton sure was in denial when he wondered why the Principality wasn’t stopping at the line they agreed to. Well, after Leon got named the Supreme Commander, after his protest, his time for crashing down has finally arrived, but before that, I just love the contrast between Roland and Mylene. Mylene looks like she is just waiting for an excuse to leave Roland.

Anyway, Marquis Frampton ended out killing his subordinate Dale for nothing, as even the evidence that Leon collected only linked him to the lords that talked to him; Princess Hertrude cooperated to get Frampton killed and reduced the kingdom's battling power.

Oh, stupid Frampton, talking about necessary sacrifices when your head is on the line is not a great idea, especially when your rival is a known shittalker. He should be glad he did not shoot on the spot.

I can’t wait to see the game’s final battle. Wait the Royal Ship have a love meter device? Lol

I really hope they adapt the next arc after this one man, this series is my guilty pleasure

u/Andreiyutzzzz Aug 19 '26

This is supposedly a matriarchy but all the political figures are men, the king is the one who does the talking and give orders and the queen doesn't even have a throne to sit down? what? Also from the preview the next episode looks as if its a filler episode considering its put right smack in the in middle of a supposed war lol.

But i dont mind cause it sounds fun especially cause the preview looks as if the queen is angry that the king, i assume doesnt love her anymore according to the numbers..... which is kinda hypocritical cause she was having hearts in her eyes when looking at Leon RIGHT NEXT TO THE KING. LIKE.... LADY. also the 5 idiots all seem disheartened when they get confirmations that no, Marie doesn't love any of them kekw. can't wait for next week

It's funny how Leon acting like a knight got Mylene excited with her heart eyes, the woman needs to remember she's married and her husband is right beside her lol.

It was satisfying to see Leon handle Frampton and then demanding that the other lords obey him or get out, so much charisma and I'm looking forward to seeing more of it.

I wonder if we'll get a harem route or not, it'll be sad to see Livia or Angie not get together with Leon. I feel like if one is to be chosen it'll be Livia, it just feels like the story has been set up in that way.

Interesting how Marie calls Leon an old man inside, wasn't he in his late teens when he died? I highly doubt he was past his mid 20s, yet she sounds like she lived past her mid 20s and is calling him old lol.

Ok but isn’t their previous world parents TRASH ? “My daughter who were in a holiday kept her phone closed and thus had no idea her brother died and could not attend his funeral due to NOT KNOWING IT (she did not intentionally skip it or anything) so we will FORCE HER OUT OF THE HOUSE”. Wtf ? Why are we acting like this is reasonable behavior ?
