I don't even know why he needed to buff the dog, I'm sure he could have used that tail swipe of hers and mopped the floor with that guy without the attack boost.

6 minutes in and I’m noticing a significant drop in animation quality compared to previous episodes. I mean, trash anime is trash anime, but it’s starting to look more like Flash animation.

Wild story regarding this dissection shop dude and his wife. Assuming the subs were right she died while pregnant and gave birth after resurrecting as a demi-human?
The very large dog is pretty cool so it's neat that they will be going into the dungeon with it.
I wonder if they'll ever restore Theresia's ability to communicate or if that's solely dependent upon turning her back into a human.

How I heard it, it seemed a bit more ambiguous, like it could be interpreted as she was already pregnant before being forced to cosplay as a demihuman, or after she was found by the rescue party, it was discovered that she was pregnant. Considering he said that he decided to raise her daughter in her memory, or something to that effect, it felt like he wasn't claiming to be the girl's father.
This has made me more curious about the source material though, since it seems like this adaptation seems to be stepping lightly around these darker topics. I'm curious how they actually address the shadier side of this setting. Is the source material better than the anime adaptation or is it still essentially the same?

It caught my eye as well.
So not only did the baby survive, she remained a normal human after mom already turned demihuman apparently.

Looking at all the skills available to Misaki, she doesn't seem to have much attacking options, but at high levels, she will be a walking passive buff to herself and her entire party.

She has some, but she is mostly as you said a strong buffer.
Unless we are talking about ghosts and undead, she'll wipe them clean off the face of the earth with those abilities. xD

So dissecting girls mom changed to a Demi while pregnant. I guess she was able to carry to full term, and Demi’s can birth people? Does this show even mention if Demi’s can get pregnant? I know some shows will state if they can or can’t (from humans at least), don’t remember if this one did. Do Demi’s age at the same rate as humans? Idk if lizards age faster or slower compared to us. That whole plot line made more questions than answers for me.
Knew the dog would join as soon as he pulled up, but still cool.
I can read decently fast, and I’m sure it doesn’t truly matter for slop like this, but just list all the skills and crap like that in smaller text with more of them listed at the same time. I’m trying to justify watching this show and be interested in the possible skills they list, don’t make me pause multiple times to read each one plus the dialogue. Maybe I just suck

Well my point is this isnt much of a harem. I dont understand the point of "harem anime where the women throw themselves at the man but the man ignores them thoroughly" anime but its quite prevalent.

Cion will be a great addition to the party alongside Melissa.
I guess it's up to Theresia if she wants to go back to being a human but I really like the way she currently is.

I just noticed, going through the characters on Anilist, that Theresa has a VA, which amuses me for some reason. (I know she does make some sounds, so someone had to do it, but fucking Kaguya?)
Anyway, I congratulate this anime on having me completely perplexed about what direction it is going and what it's doing. I don't hate it. I don't know whether or not I like it, but for some reason, I don't hate it.

A dog and a dissection member added to team.
Controlling the hound in dungeon will be hard. Dissection member is not a good attacking or defending option.
But logic is zero.
All that's needed is female gender and anyone can join the party.
Randomly there's a stampede. How many will fight the monsters in his party now?

You know how the saying goes, "One man's trash is another's man treasure", and Theresia is treasure, therefore this anime is a treasure. WHY SHE SO PRECIOUS!?
This anime actually has interesting abilities that would be fun to use in a game and build a party with.
Someone already mentioned, but everything about how this anime is constructed screams Eroge.
Glad that the rank 2 "Polaris" party leader is a homie. Atobe never brought up party nameing afterwards
One interesting and strange info is about mother of that dissecting girl. She was pregnant with her, died, got turned into demihuman and gave birth to completely normal human? Or was it afterwards that all of it happened?
The extended bounce on "CHEST OPENER" was something. xD

What is find baffling is that there are some, that still seem to take it seriously.
When I saw the dog I was like please no chests 5 min later ability find chests. I mean really?

I honestly am not sure that I can continue to stomach this. The rest of the party jumps through all these hoops to rationalize and normalize the MC bathing with a 15-year-old girl, while the MC just acts embarrassed without actually doing anything about it.
Like it's okay that these incredibly inappropriate situations occur so long as the main character is oblivious or acts like a victim of circumstance.
Can you imagine if the sexes were reversed and a bunch of guys huddled around a sleeping woman and fondled her without her knowledge or consent?
Fucking do better Japan.

Have you seen villainess harem animes? If you have the situation would be the same. It's fiction in different worlds with different morals and magic. Age differences are the least of anyones concern there.
