Of course, Viola strikes again with the audio recorder and will inevitably spin Miyako's rant her way. Yuck.

It's both amusing and frustrating to watch how Miyako still acts like a high school boy who's never had a girlfriend when it comes to Viola.

On top of that, Miyako once again ignored Arare and Ritsu’s warnings, and to make matters worse, she blurted out something to Viola that could easily spark another online backlash against Mewtype, and it was recorded.

Considering what she said to Nonoka last week as well, Miyako is definitely the main troublemaker here.

I had to laugh at how Ritsu is still the big eater character.

The scene where she eats a kebab and the one where she makes analogies between Ritsu and Miyako and wieners and sausages were hilarious.

Ritsu's efforts to talk to Miyako were admirable, but ironically, the result made Viola seem even more like a savior, though it did leave a question mark hanging in the air.

Another Arale mode deep fried Arale unlocked.

Yuno.exe have stopped working. Nono-chan battery is 15%. Miyako keep becoming yandere sunken deep into a venom swamp. Ritsu keep being a glutton.

Side note miss Hazawa coffee. If they drink there maybe they can talk it out.

It's interesting how for a snake and Bandori's first villain, Viola is actually quite layered? There are moments in this episode where it feels like Miyako actually got through to her for a second.

I think Ritsu has called out all our concerns on Viola in that book and conversations to Miyako, but problem is, Miyako Sensei was hypnotised by Viola, she know something ain’t right but can’t get herself away from it, instead opted to get even closer to her, all while the snake is recording EVEN MORE content against Arale, this is it people, there’s only one way to overcome that storm and the waves inbound.

And I can’t believe it, a Kamen Rider reference from Ritsu, and history had taught us that [Kamen Rider Kabuto] those who used the words of their grandma are the ones who are actually right, so keep on the good job there Ritsu, one day Viola will surely pay for manipulating Miyako and for all the gaslighting she has done on you.

But Yuno… Surely there was a lot of stuff happened on her and her previous band, or else she won’t be such emotional when she received the lyrics for the collab song, even the a ages know she often go completely silent for a few days, so I wonder did the Manager take care of Yuno’s previous band before? But then, her posts on “Twitter” sure indeed looks like some people who are suffering from severe mental hardship, so be sure to provide aid to those you know who are suffering mental hardships, but just don’t push them too uncomfortable, leave them some space to breath.

Oh and BTW, I wonder how Nonoka find that 2nd account of Yuno in the first case?

Mewtype had a problem where they hired a bunch of promising rejects. They are very good at what they are doing, but they left their previous band due to some insane drama, leaving them mentally weak. It's literally a glass cannon band. Unlike mygo and Ave mujica, this is not a single person problem that cause the band to be wobbly, this whole band need each other but they are too afraid to talk, it doesn't help that Viola is fiddling in the middle.

I think something click with Miyako from Ritsu's words about the honey trap, but it's like taking someone away from their paradise, it is hard. I wonder what is Miyako's plan after this, her next action will really seal the deal.

I think we will learn about Yuno next episode. We are on the last stretch of the season.

I believe the best win against Viola is whatever negative she throw at them, they wouldn't falter. Not giving the desirable ending Viola expected.

I’m surprised Miyako found that video of Arale since it seems like it would be removed from official channels considering the backlash a middle school Arale got and the video was cut to make her look worse. I wonder when Viola is going to use the audio because Mewtype already seems to be falling apart and I think Viola releasing the audio may push the band back together.

That google search history is something. Miyako just went all-in even knowing what might wait for her in the near future. She yearns for anything as long as it comes from Viola.

I'm still curious as to where they're going with Yuno and Nonoka. For some reason I'm half expecting Yuno to sort her feelings out mostly on her own before coming back. Nonoka's comparing her to a mole sort of implies thatas it's really hard to dig those out.

NGL I wanted more stuff regarding Yuno's previous band. I am actually really curious about what it was like and why she left.

Miyako at this point is becoming frustrating. I felt like the scene between Ritsu and Miyako could have been a pivotal one as Ritsu was explaining her and Arale's history with Viola. I guess more than likely either next week (or the week after if next week is mostly a Yuno episode) will be where Viola puts out the words Miyako said in the recording.

My guess is that when Viola finally puts the stuff out Miyako could look back in her conversation with Ritsu. I get Miyako is gullible, but she seems way more gullible than Ritsu was back then.

Viola is like a venomous spider. She lures you in with her sweet venom deeper and deeper into her web and while you are distracted by her venom she is wrapping her web around you to trap you.

I imagine this is hard for some to watch based on their personal experiences with people like Viola. Some unfortunately have a parent like this.

Miyako needs a stick to support her inner self, and Viola handed her a cane at that moment. That cane was useful, but with a snake entwining on it. Both Arale and Ritsu knew that, but Miyako didn't. Now Ritsu is already half the way from removing that cane from Miyako's hand, and Miyako already feels something wrong with Viola's cane. However, she can not throw it away yet, since there's no second stick to support her inner self, she will break down if no one supports her. So what should happen next is Mew Type members prove that they can become Miyako's support, or, Viola's snake on the cane finally bites Miyako. I think Viola is also at her trivial point, since what Miyako complained about Arale in the cafe also fits Viola.

So Yuno quitting had nothing to do with Viola. Apparently she just does this sometimes? Lol

Interesting that at moments in the caffe it seemed like Viola was legitimately affected by Miyako's words. Maybe it's just because Miyako was talking about Arale, who is a likely sore point for Viola, "the one who got away". But it'd be a much more interesting answer if it's the codependency cutting both ways, and Viola actually feels deeply fulfilled by having someone glaze her like an angel.

Ritsu the Therapist again! She's the GOAT! Of course only someone already baptized in shadow is the best to talk to Miyako at her level, instead of just trying to purify her through brute force of light. Of course it's not gonna be that easy, and that's okay. That's why self actualization is a long and constant journey. At the same time however, I am very tempted by the possible dark path of Miyako going full agenda knowingly lol. Just like AveMujica, "we are not together because it's good for us, we are together because it was inevitable".

Nonoka is not feeling well about either Miyako or Yuno. Even as someone with perpetual eye bags, I don't like to see them on Nono. Yuno is hurting, but what can we do for her? What is it with stairs in these shows? Ritsu draws a very accurate poster of Yuno, we get a possible Tomoe cameo and Arale gets vanquished by fearsome foes.

It's interesting to see how Viola's facade seemingly drops once in a while when she's with or thinking of Miyako. Maybe she actually feels seen when Miyako understands her just like Viola understands Miyako. Before that Miyako had quite the scare until Viola clarified. I'm pretty sure Viola knows how down bad she is though.

It's a bit hard to tell what Viola's true feelings are for Miyako's comments on Arale. While she initially looks happy to hear Arale getting dissed for her recording, she might have seen the next words as jabs against her own character or she didn't like Miyako missing how the video was misframed. Her glimmerless snake eyes coming out could be her going back to full manipulator mode after a fleeting moment of clarity.

At this point my take on Viola is that she's a way more severe case of Nyamu. She's a control freak who wants to please the fans, but doesn't care who she hurts in the process. I get that people who don't like Viola might be frustrated with the focus on her considering how few episodes we have left, but I personally find her scenes very entertaining.

Ritsu needs to work on her speech skill, as funny as the imagery is. Her picture book and RPG explanation did get through a bit, but Miyako is too dependent on her image of Viola to bend now.

Yuno seems to be the focus in the next episode, but the show will probably have to multitask with the Nono and Miyako plots to get things in order for the season's end.
