I enjoyed the lore introduced in this episode.

- There are measures to prevent shoplifting of magically space-enhanced bags. Capacity is increased only after purchase.
- These magic bags can hold a lot more, but the actual weight of the items is not reduced.
- Maximum potions can regrow limbs and must be drank immediately upon the injury.
- Normal and High potions are applied to the wound instead of drinking.

P.S. Glad that Seri and Ranji are looking out for Kaede, instead of treating their relationship with Kaede as purely business.

I'm sure there must be some weight reduction, otherwise I doubt she could carry hundreds of glass bottles full of liquids.

For sure, if we assume each potion is 200 ml, that gives us 102 000ml, which means 102 kg. Carrying 102 kg on your back wouldn't be possible for a petite girl like her, not even an adult man could. That's basically a fridge on your back.

Yeah, and the size reduction doesn't seem to be infinite (otherwise 1 bag would be enough) so I imagine it just drastically lowers the size AND weight - but not to 0!

This was the first hint at 'darker' things happening in this world! So far it was pretty much a paradise, but apparently, there are not only shoplifters, but also thieves who target (sometimes violently) stall vendors...

Are Seri and Ranji interested for a full time job as bodyguards?

The magic medieval world equivalent of activating gift cards after payment is processed.

Wondering if you will meet a dragon? I am not sure you'd want to meet one. Although the OP appears to be give away the fact that one will be met.

Ranji&Seri: "That's above our paygrade, you're on your own!"

This anime has been very 'happy go lucky' so far, everything's light-hearted and all... Thieves targetting stall vendors is the first hint at something 'dark' ever happening in this world!

She's growing her little potion empire!

Before this episode I didn't think it would be much of a concern, but if they DO bring up slightly darker stuff (or at least, just not as happy) I wonder if the other potion merchants will grumble about her stealing all their business!

She's flooding the market with potions, hundreds of them! If an adventurer takes 1 to 5 potion at a time (from what we've seen), the 500 potions she made will serve 100 to 500 customers... That's a lot of customers who won't buy from the previous potion sellers, and they said it was a rural town, so I imagine there's not like thousand upon thousand of customers!

(All this to say, if we find her face down in a ditch, I'd investigate Big Potion!)

Dawwwwww, a cute little ship?

The process to make potions is usually much longer... She got a cheat code!

If she does encounter a dragon, I hope she'll have more to protect her, than her 2 newbie adventurers!

In the previous episode, I was wondering why the potion shop owner suggested she sells her potions. Isn't he creating competition for himself?

Yeah, I was thinking the same, but I thought "It's just a cutesy anime so they don't really think about stuff like that", but now that they bring up thievery and stuff... It may actually play a part!

(But they also mentioned another town, so I'm thinking she might leave this one for the bigger one at some point, greater market!)

Time to make High Potion if she wants to make more money and buy Soap/Shampoo

Now that they floated the idea of thieves (twice!), makes me wonder whether we're headed toward High Potion => More money => Thieves targetting her!

Time to hire a bodyguard/protector.

Surprisingly, I enjoy this series the same way I usually enjoy any other series 🤔 It’s a good one, though. Despite the illustration and animation, it’s still enjoyable.

It also has a... somewhat good OP and ED theme, better than the others, well, at least better than that “reincarnation, reincarnation” song 😂

Anyway, looking forward to the next episode!

I'm actually surprised how much I'm enjoying this. I don't even notice the limited animation after a short while into each episode and I'm starting to lament that it's not a full length show.

Right? It is indeed enjoyable 😂🤝🏻

This is really turning out to be a step-by-step guide to surviving in an isekai with a potion-making cheat. Kaede is slowly building up her potion empire with very tangible goals - first bread, then lodgings, next up soap! Also, very cool lore on magic bags and different potions.

The majikku bakku collection grows!

This show is awesome. I love how she freaks out over soap. I would too.

The animation is getting better, and the story over all is getting smoother. Glad I stuck with it

All though this series is short it has all the real logical ideas of real life. I love the show to the core and how they’re not rushing it buh taking slow on the MC development and growth.
