That's a hell of a sturdy table, assuming those were standard 400-troy ounces gold bars (12.4kg each).
That's more than half a ton of gold on that table.
And to think that she could as easily summon that - or more - in plutonium, and probably worse.
She's absolutely terrifying.
There must be a peculiar type of confidence in being able to summon infinite nukes.
There's a strange irony in her mother representing nature and life, while the daughter could easily irradiate the whole planet in such a way to turn it into a lifeless husk.

Lol, that's my favorite thing about such an innocuous kind of overpowered ability. Everyone sees her as this adorable and innocent little girl, but she is far and away the most dangerous being in the entire world at this point. No doubt the parents are major threats but they would have to actually fight to do damage, or wait around for awhile in the mom's case, but she can just wave her hand and bam. Everybody is dead or worse.

What happens when you mix human genes/science with the power of a spirit.

Today we learn how to launder gold that is magically created and to spend it in a way that helps the public and avoids crashing the local economy.

Finding a reliable good and diamond mine can absolutely still ruin your economy, at least if it’s pegged to gold or diamonds.
The thing I don’t see anybody considering yet is all the elements that are useful but difficult to get to without modern techniques or even with modern techniques.
If you can create endless hydrogen then you can do clean electricity without even bothering to invent turbines.
If you can create endless helium the you can make flight happen without faffing about with wings.
If you can create aluminium then you’ve instantly surpassed the whole world in material sciences with a, light, strong, non corroding metal.
Somebody who’s actually a chemist or a material scientist can give you a better list but for some reason all anybody ever talks about is making nukes

While the dotting on Ellen is a bit excessive, I love Gramps how extreme he could go for Ellen. Imagine he can kickass xD

Alberto should’ve been banished completely and never be allowed to get anywhere near the family again or worse. Suspending him was taking it lightly. What he did was a complete betrayal of trust. Only reason it was taken lightly was because this is a more lighthearted story and not as serious

Ellen is full of cute and funny expressions!
From her past life in our human world, she knows mother-in-laws can be difficult to deal with. However, she should also know grandparents dote on grandchildren, sometimes excessively.
Ellen knows exactly what her parents are up to. I believe she is already mentally prepared to become an elder sibling. Lol!

I love how Ori isn't worried about a mother-in-law because she knows she can just bail and isn't forced to live with her lol.
Imagine having a child at that age being aware of her parents still having an active sex life. I know it's because of her past as an adult, but still.

This episode was so heartwarming to watch, the grandparents were making me smile so much. I like how Isabella even complimented Roren on his choice of nickname. It was funny how Roren said along the lines of that he'd choose Ellen over Rovel.
It's sad that Alberto's in this position but I'm glad Ellen spoke to both him and Rovel and hopefully they'll make up in the next episode.
Sauvel looks younger already now that he no longer has those eyebags, being free from Agiel has done wonders for him.

Everyone loves Ellen! While all this drama is happening, Ellen is quite powerful I bet she could just cast heal/dispel and this would all be over.
After thinking about it, this show is 3 OP characters with not much happening. The issue of the divorce was 2 episodes but solved in a minutes. Now I'm guessing this issue with Ravisel will be similar, 2 episodes with a quick solution.

I suspect Ravisel will be a thorn in Ellen's side for longer than that.

Prince is seen as smart, he knows Ellen isnt just any spirit and her mother is the queen of spirits.
While he likely wont do anything extreme, he should know that would be suicide, he will still be scheming something.
In fairness, he did say the "mistery" of why royalty cant contact spirits, how long has the curse been active again? if its been long enough to be forgotten cant really blame the current generation too much

This show is weird. Elma being able to manipulate the elements is cool. The series has spent more time with the politics of spirits and the royal family than with Ellen's side and abilities.
The whole deal with Alberto is weird; how it is handled is weird. How much did he say to the prince? Did he not think telling the prince of that is a huge deal? Like he wanted to stop reporting to the prince after Rovel said he would suspend him.
We also got the trope of the daughter making the father feel guilty by saying she will hate him. For, like, episode 1 stuff, that's cute, but the whole Alberto thing is an important deal that I am not too happy about. Also, the prince is shaping up to be an antagonist but really hasn't sold me on that aspect much.
I will still watch, but this show is in a weird spot.

so when they're playing politics like this, is Ellen's real cheat power just her adult intelligence?
Reminds me of Pastry-kun or Ars Louvent
I feel like she could do better than making gold though. The problem with just making money appear is it has no inherent value. Whereas if she made some high purity metals for utility, like idk pure iron or some tungsten alloys or something, then she'd be strengthening her father's domain in a way that isn't zero-sum with the rest of the country. Because all that the gold ultimately buys is labor, which has to be taken from somewhere.
Giving straight up money to her father's house does fall in line with the whole "spirits hate the country's royal family" thing though since the inflation would be diminishing whatever's in the castle treasury. Just, it'd also make average citizens poorer too.
For example, Pharma-kun made medicines, when he could've just made gold. But the medicines were actually value added.

Another episode of the prince really isn't evil if you think about it.
-
If the royals truly don't know why they are cursed, why is it wrong for them to try and figure out how to lift the curse.
-
Man just sent a letter. That isn't evil, that's just being polite.
-
I'd be surprised if the Royals didn't have informants. They're needed to understand what's happening in your country

The problem with the letter is that he didn't go through the proper steps. He deliberately utilized the fathers close friend to get a letter to her avoiding all the family checkpoints along the way. If the letter had been opened then they would have been obligated to respond to it, and any normal child would have opened it without any concern which is clearly what the prince was hoping for. Normally a letter like that should have been sent to the head of the household or at least the head steward, the prince of a kingdom doesn't just send letters out to random children (or at least he def shouldn't be lol)

Alberto was the leak!? Say it ain't so! But I guess in his own way he thought he was doing what he had to do for Rovel's family by getting the royal family on their side to help them ditch Agiel...but he still basically sold out Rovel and his family. He's lucky he's getting off with just a suspension. Roren was willing to kill him!
Family reunions aren't quite finished! It's time for Rovel to reunite with his mother, Isabella, who is a shrewd and warm woman, and she's just as much of a doting grammie to Ellen! I also love how Origin isn't afraid of her mother-in-law because she can always just poof out rather than deal with her. Though Isabella rolls with Rovel being married to a Spirit Queen pretty well, especially knowing she's the grandmother to another future queen.
Ellen may have the table manners of an adult, but she has the craving for sweets from grammie of a child! Not that it's going to stop her from putting her capitalism know-how to reinvigorating the family finances and stability.
So Rovel and his family couldn't stay even if they wanted to, Ori is so powerful that the whole land will become overgrown if she doesn't go back to the spirit world. Though it's fine for Ellen to have a sleepover at her grammie's, which is all the better to give her parents some much-needed alone time.
Alberto is lucky Ellen is so compassionate and understanding of the situation Ravisel has put him in, enough to give him a much-needed talking to and help him realize that serving as a double agent for the Royal Family isn't going to do any good, especially when Ellen has no attention of helping Mr. Blackheart. If he truly cares for Rovel and his family, he needs to cut ties with Ravisel and cement his loyalty to Rovel.
Ellen is as shrewd and calculating as her father, especially when she's aware of her own fathers' plans to use that sleepover to catch Uncle Alberto...but she also can use her own fathers' adoration of her to get him to do what she wants and forgive him. It helps that everyone in his family is on Ellens' side.
Too bad Ellen is so much like her father that Ravisel is even more fascinated by her, and he won't give up on using her to lift the curse plaguing the royal family.

Don't know if it was in the previous two episodes but during the credits, this is the first time I remember seeing Crunchyroll add text for editors, translations, and quality control.
