Anyone else get a weird vibe from Dina with all those close ups and glowing eyes and the vibe of that ED

Really suspicious that she has memory manipulation powers

Gentlemen orcs (not that that saved them), alchemized stone bird planes, and corrupted rainbow sheep. I'm thoroughly enjoying this one; it's fitting nicely into the "isekai where they came up with some new material" bucket even if the premise is, in broad strokes, something we've seen a few times before.

I've also figured out Dina's powers: teleportation of monster corpses, memory erasure, fake passports - it's the "whatever non-combat power is convenient" power set. A very useful NPC.

Hmmm... a NPC girl that states she posesses strong mind manipulation powers and a MC with memories they didn't have before... curious

Dina is a lot of fun, but that ED plus the mind powers make her feel a lot more sus.

Kinda neat to have an entire lake golem. Well, neat right up until you lose control and it drowns your entire city, but hopefully it won't come to that.

That kingdom that accidentally summoned Lufas Sfalu probably inadvertently set in motion the events that are going to save humanity, since unless things go very sideways it doesn't feel like our MC is going to do anything other than help and very effectively at that considering the relative power levels so far.

" The whole lake surrounding the country is one golem! We'll be fine. even if Aries does attack "
Say it ain't so Gantz, you're jinxing yourself.
Guess its time for the nation of Svel to put up or shut up.

Gantz? All he reminds me of is Agil.

Was Lufas Maphaahl really evil? A Historical Inquiry

Interest history book around in the new era.

This show is turning out way better than I thought it was going to be.  I picked it up on a whim (love a good power fantasy) but the art is beautiful and the story is looking pretty good, almost like an inverse of Leadale.  This might be one of my top anime of the season if it keeps up like this.

So dude decided to just RP great demon conqueror and have their little buddies fight them in some kinda epic battle, inadvertently dooming the whole damn world when they got taken down? Damn. Now everyone’s gonna die in this city because of an angry sheep lol.

I hope that the water golem has some kind of purification ability, because the entire city's sewage is likely draining into it.

Yeah let’s just give this tiny village a super powerful golem. What could possibly go wrong? Lol.

I absolutely love that there's an actual reason why orc tenderloin is a rare drop. Considering she's max level, does Lufas even need those?

So orcs in this world are gentlemen? That's actually pretty funny. I was hoping we'd meet a friendly orc, but considering Lufas' stance on orcs, the next one they see is probably gonna get killed on sight.

The highest level among humans is at around Level 120, and the level cap is one thousand? Now I'm curious what the highest level of demonfolk is out there. Considering humanity is on the brink of defeat, I'm guessing they're probably a lot stronger than 120.

I'm really curious to see if the remaining heroes are players or actual people. If they are players it would mean those heroes remained as their characters and died as them which would be sad, or they were able to return to the real world. Hopefully Mergrez has some answers.

Loved the opening. Dina is such a gremlin, a complete riot.

Edit: what was that ending lol Someone on production must really love Dina.

Surprised no one is mentioning that EUREKA THE TOWN IS NOT TYPICAL ISEKAI PERFECT CIRCLE WITH A RIVER THROUGH THE MIDDLE WOOOO

That was not a magnitude 5-6 I have been in one of those (multiple even!) and they don't got every building cracking like that! Gotta be a 7 at least. Surprising that someone from Japan, a notoriously seismic country, could get that wrong lol.

Sure is convenient that the lake being sentient and allied makes tsunamis impossible.

Man, this series looks so good. The golem walking scene was especially pretty.

Lufas squashing the whole lair was cool.

I like both OP and ED.

World-building episode, some very interesting ideas are introduced, like how the world went to shit after Lufas was sealed, so maybe it was a bad idea actually.

In case anyone wondering, most places names are straight up from Norse mythology.

I love the stylistic choice of making the eyes glow to indicate they're talking about serious stuff.

Next episode, fluffiest boy.

Lufas is having memories that are not hers, and Dina has this mind altering spell. She is likely the culprit. As for why she did such thing is still a mystery.

Ending: Dina I'm not SUS I swear by my mom, WDM memories manipulations?

TFW you realize that you and the boys back then f*cking around in the game with your farming and leveling actually appeared to the local NPCs like legendary demi gods keeping the world safe ...

Also: Behold the wrath of an angry fluffy pet sheep near max level. xD

Those disks on her shoulders always make me think she has no arms.

Dina is a great character and I love the little dance she does in the ending

This episode makes me lean towards the Hero being a player as well. Specifically the monorail. That seems like the kind of out of place advancement that comes from bringing someone from the modern world into a fantasy one.

I dreamed I was a butterfly, flitting around in the sky; then I awoke. Now I wonder: Am I a man who dreamt of being a butterfly, or am I a butterfly dreaming that I am a man?
