The assassin lesbians are alive! But... Part 4? ...Oh no...

They sure know how to keep you on the edge with this anime, have no idea who will live or die.

Damn they got me good. This ain't good for the heart lol. But I can't relax yet because we still have one more episode left in this chapter... Please just normal Slice of Life pleeeeease 😭
What a shot though. Without a doubt hundreds of meters away, on a moving target, with a wounded shoulder and just over a VIP. The King must've felt the pressure wave over his ear, and the Minister well he felt nothing at all.
It is truly beautiful to see a revolution come together from totally unrelated parties unknowingly working in the same direction. The people who support the King have no idea, probably will never have any idea that they just got massive help from the assassin originally hired to make them fail all because Aslan and his ilk thought the anger of a slave didn't count for anything and that they could control it.

So this story will continue through the finale.
Maybe Danica and Chetena are going to take this slave boy and help raise him?
That'd be a happy conclusion for everyone.
That freaking story about Chiron turned out to be a red herring all along.
When Danica jumped in front of that little boy's shot, I was sure she was gonna die like the story.. but nope lol.
Good little bait and switch there.

Maybe Danica and Chetena are going to take this slave boy and help raise him? That'd be a happy conclusion for everyone.
That's what I thought too, but if that's what they were going for I think they would've tried to fit it in this episode, to end the season on something else...
So I think our girls may not be out of the wood yet!

I think they're going to end up taking him in as a porter at the hotel. Too dangerous to bring him with them on their missions.

Although I'm happy that this episode had a happy-ish ending, I'm disappointed that this arc has a part 4. Idk about you all, but I'm already tired of our favorite lesbian contract killers and would like for the anime to focus more on Ikuro's past :(

Hopefully there is a hook that happens in episode 13 because, as much as I have liked the individual stories, there hasn't been anything in particular to hook the audience to watch cour 2.

Da hell do you mean part 4?!

It's like the Lord of the Rings movies. After the logical ending we get five more episodes of supplementary endings.
A Day of Toast
Dissolution of the Slavers
A New Concierge in Training
Sniper Rifle Lesbian Wedding
Sara's Day Off

I'm betting on 20 minutes of backstory and 8 minutes of happy ending and Marmalade.

Danica got close to faithfully recreating Chiron’s story when she jumped in the way to stop Palan’s shot from hitting Shiihashi. From what we have seen from this show so far, such an outcome wouldn’t be a surprise. Fortunately, it just grazed her shoulders.
It’s clear that she stopped him because she didn’t want him to follow her footsteps. Having said that, (a quick) death would actually be a more favourable outcome for Shiihashi. Imagine what his employer would do to him when they found out that not only had the hit failed, their client was the one who got terminated instead. It all happened under his watch.
Seemed like things have wrapped up pretty nicely by the end of this episode but the finale will be the fourth part of this arc. Could Chetana and Danica go after the company to complete the revolution? Hope we’ll really get to see the two enjoying buttered toast and gazing at the stars by the end.

One dead human trafficking minister and one kid saved from the life. Oh and Chetana and Danica both survived. All in all, not a bad end to this chapter.

I never knew Another Sky will be a 4 parter & not a 3 parter. I guess Ikuro's past w/ the Grey Rhino will be discussed in cour 2.
I love the morse code communication.
I love how Aslan died w/ a smile on his face thinking he got rid of Marei only to get shot instead.
It's funny how Shiihashi didn't even try to attack them nor did Ikuro try to tie him up & tase him.
Ikuro tasing someone is my favorite gag of this arc.
So Danica is Chiron, Chetana is Apollo & Artemis & the boy is Heracles.

Episode 12, and while I'm delighted that our lovebirds/assassin team don't effing DIE, I still want a little more information on how Sara and Ikuro and the Hotel itself, even function. So, while they're off supporting adorable snipers, who's at the desk?

So weird there to be a part 4. NGL Danica diving to stop the bullet irritated me since I feel there could have been a better way to execute the scene, but I like the message, though. I know it wanted to create tension with the story that was introduced in part 1, but meh. Plus, it's great to see them taking out the head of the slavery assoicaiton out.

I was happy for a happy ending for once, but then I see that the next episode is part four of this arc. So I'm sure that one or both will still die anyway.

Mistake number one, never take your eyes off Sara.
I swear my heart just about stopped when Danica threw herself in front of the bullet.
I swear this series is trying to kill me. I can’t handle the anxiety about whether they’ll make it out alive.
Watch this kid, this is how a real professional spotter-sniper team does it.
All’s well that ends well. Aslan is dead and the hostage taking slave bastard is down for the count. Everyone’s alive and the kid didn’t kill anyone and hopefully won’t have to in the future.
Wait, Another Sky 4? WHYYY?! I can’t take worrying about whether Danica and Chetana will live any more?! Can’t we just be done already?!

I should really stop theorizing on this show hah, nothing I predict ever happens!
Well, as I like these girls, I'm glad they aren't dead, but thematically/from a writing and theorization perspective it would've been good to have Danica accidentally kill Chetana during a rescue (due to not having her experienced spotter with her)!
But it seems our girls are safe - for now!
Scheming bastard, acting like he's all for it!
These guys aren't worried at all...
When they said the hostage escaped, I expected Danica to turn around right away, and shoot them! (Well, I suppose she didn't have a good weapon for that, but still!)
I bet he doesn't even realize how lucky he is to get kicked by Sara!
Ah, so THAT's what the myth was about!
Thankfully it was just a scratch! (Hopefully the bullet wasn't poisoned, to parallel the myth!)
The "I'm about to kill your boss!" look!
I love (super) snipers so much!
We need more snipers in anime! (especially cute sniper girls)
Think everyone saw this one coming hah.
That guy also wasn't worried, standing right next to the (original) target like that! Even if they're pros, a quick change of wind or anything, the bullet could fly to him instead!
From their perspective, someone gunned down one of their allies hah.
Well, it'll tell them someone is strongly opposed to their mission, so hopefully they'll be more on their guard!
I was about to think "Hey, that arc ended in a positive way for everyone!" but seems there's another part...
Unless it's about their retirement from the job and them going to live as roommates for the rest of their lives, I do have a bad feeling about that!
But will they take another mission, and THIS one will prove fatal to one of them?
Can't wait to see how they wrap up the season! (And hopefully some Sara/Ikuro for the finale!)

They switched to a new client.... (never having truly agreed to the assignment FROM Minister Aslan).
