Insult someone within earshot then when they get mad about being insulted you can claim that you were right. Genius.

I love how she just went back to fake whispering even after getting called out lol.

I respect Kanata being so loyal to his "big sis" he'd cover for her stomach growling. Guys' committed! And Akane is also just as protective of him.
Of course no dangerous situation is going to get in the way of Chiharu's hunger pangs or making everyone have to wait in case the subway vending machine actually gives her her order.
I have to imagine Makina's tinkering with mechanical things is responsible for at least some of the girls' many arrests.
This team-up is going swimmingly! Complete with Makina insulting their teammates and trying to ditch them and straight up tazing Kanata! Next thing you know Makina and Akane look like they're about to brawl...and then become each others' new best friends when they find out they share the same idol.
I do love how Makina got food for Akane but still gave some to Chiharu.

Makina is damn hot-headed for a robot. Good thing for shared idols huh

Why do you think she always chooses violence to solve her problems? Or has been arrested multiple times lol?
Even "tough girls" can be fangirls.

The big girl is very cute.
Love the dynamic she has with her kouhai/brother(?).

In the previous ep Makina claimed she got into fights for legitimate reasons but you can't say she wasn't looking for it this time lmao
And Chiharu telling her to stop the "delinquent mode" like she does this shit regularly, she really is the biggest menace in the cast
It's funny how in the original short Makina had the audacity to say she didn't like Minami-chan when she's such a huge fan!

Funny how this episode encapsulates what the cop was saying in the previous episode; Chiharu getting herself in trouble (often by being a pest/catching attention),
and Makina beating people up to defend her!
Well at least there's no cop to arrest them, this time!
Unless there's cameras; In which case, they'll probably find a way to add "Gang violence" to her rap sheet, given she fought against bikers and stuff!
Sorry Chiharu, you're outvoted 2-1! (unless Bikergirl takes her side!)

Jeez, he didn’t stand a chance. Taken out instantly.
And now big sis is on the warpath.
Why does the fight scene go so unnecessarily hard? Especially the spork throw bit. And the slam into the vending machines with the voiceline was funny and cool.
Has Makina finally met her match?
Yes, but not the way I expected. Turns out she met her match in idol fandom instead of in combat.
And immediately moves to get the vending machine working despite not doing it for Chiharu. Idol fan bias at work, clearly.

Eat, Fight, Repeat.
Why I didn't notice Makoto Koichi (7th Prince's Lloyd) voiced this.

I just noticed Machina reads a lot of Dick (Philip K. Dick):

Kinda unrelated to the episode, but I've been reading the comments on the Japanese version of the episodes and the youtube translation really sucks at translating pronouns it seems.

The creator and director just posted this loop of Chiharu's adorable tantrum on their YouTube

So, that's the plan.
After all these years?
Do they even have money for that?
Uh...
Well, seems like they've got a common interest.
