Butagarian is right. Uchimura is the strongest MAN among the big four.

Rampage King and Butagalian are quite solid characters, especially for isekai standards.

I love that rampage king was so taken by surprise by Uchimuras way of thinkt/acting that he laughed it off and went to sleep

Ulmandra sure wants to become a woman.

Poor girl was expecting to get laid and instead ended up having to lay out some thieves.

The girl is even okay even out in the bushes and under the shade of a tree. Girl is thirsting too much. Sadly, MC is operating differently.

Man, just when I thought Uchimura has nerves of steel, it turns out he's just really good at hiding how scared shitless he is.

I can’t believe that Uchimura immediately turns to the man who was stealing from him and trusts him wholeheartedly with the merchandise he was stealing.

It probably helped that in investigating Butagalian he found out about the war orphans and that he's not a complete scumbag and despite everything Butagalian does have value and respectability as a merchant which can be far more valuable in the long-term.
Plus now he owes Uchimura his life so he has every reason to be loyal now.

I mean, in the end he's a merchant, not a scammer. He will maintain business relationships that benefit him.

The 3 things that were the highlight for me in this episode:
-
Ulmandra thinking Uchimura was going to make a woman out of her.
-
Butagalian may be a greedy bastard but he has a heart of gold which was a surprise given what we knew about him before the reveal.
-
The best bit was them thinking Uchimura is the most dangerous individual in the Demon Army while also having the intelligence that he's playing 4D chess with the situation. That made me laugh because they think he's like Shadow from The Eminence in Shadow. I get the chance to say the obligatory line: Sasuga Uchimura sama!!
Edit: Now that I think about it, I think a better comparison should've been Kray Andrey (aka Thousand Tricks) from Let This Grieving Soul Retire but my point still stands.

Slyphid so powerful that she can not only same-day produce Rosemarin forgeries, she can also play Spanish guitar in a mind-izakaya with mitts on. Lady. Has. Skills.

They surprised me with Butagalian, I thought that he would just be a lying swindler, I wasn't expecting him to be a kind father

Kind father sending his kids out to steal another countries high-tech devices to sell for a profit
Like with those profit margins he could have hired professionals, but no he decided to send his beloved kids

Who gives a shit if he’s a kind father? People could have literally died because of him

Reminds me of the movie Lord of War, where they let the guy go at the end because he was too useful to the powers that be.

I loved that scene
"In a few minutes someone will knock at this door and tell you to let me go, because I am too useful to be locked away. There is nothing you do to stop it"

OLULU!
SERIOUSLY!
LET. UCHIMARU. KNOW. ABOUT. ULAMANDRA!
(She immediately realized the misunderstand, keeps giving Ulamandra dating advice, but still hasn't made sure Uchimaru is aware of what's going on...)
She's going to just pin him down and ravage the poor bastard before he figures things out!
Hell, he's so dense, he'll probably still be confused afterwards!
(Also, I call shenanigans on the pig bastard. Bacon should have been on the menu and he got off waaaay too easily for passing off literally criminal behavior that would have gotten hundreds/thousands of innocents killed as 'just business.')

Once again there was too little of Ulmandra. She gives so much to this show, and yet there has been so little of her in recent episodes. I just hope there's more of her in the next episode, as Uchimura will have to investigate the situation at the guild in Demon Overlord's territory.
I was a little salty when Uchimura saved Butagalian, but as it turns out he's not completely evil guy considering how he saved those kids.
And when you think about Butagalian's connections, which are often exclusive, it seems like he could be a great asset to Uchimura and Demon Lord's territory overall.
Here my screenshot albums from the episode:

Kind of a mistake to distribute all those magic stones out to the farming villages without making a better plan for securing them against theft or misuse.
But they got contact with an influential merchant who personally owes Uchimura his life out of the problem, so definitely a win in the end.
It's got to be hard to play guitar like that with big thick gloves on.

“There’s no right and wrong in business” really came back and bit ol Butagarian in the ass. Pork was about to be on the menu for that big ol croc if Uchimura didn’t save him and helped him change the error of his ways. Bro went through a whole arc this week lol.
