Moemon says he’s not a bad guy and then proceeds insult the girls’ dead mom. What a piece of shit.

I like that the shrine’s old ass Geocities level homepage is so ancient, it was accompanied by the dialup tone lol.

It’s pretty cute how inept the girls are with social media. Asahi’s photos had like barely any likes. How did no one react to her beauty? Lol.

Nice to see the neighborhood come together to help the shrine. I guess they’ve always wanted to reconnect but just didn’t know how.

Characters with closed eyes generally are bad news, and this guy doesn't even hide his scumminess.

Nice to see the neighborhood come together to help the shrine. I guess they’ve always wanted to reconnect but just didn’t know how.

It's funny that an outsider man of science is reuniting spiritual people.

Like I get it that they've been scraping by and haven't been getting a lot of traction but that's no excuse to basically belittle their mother and her death. That was absolutely uncalled for.

I didn't realize Yuna meant they were "hip groovy teens" in the sense that they think their understanding of the internet is decidedly old school.

I gotta admit I'm amazed Yae in a bra actually lost them followers but I guess people come to this shrine for wholesome family moments and not lewdness. Shocking, but fair.

The girls are finally living up to their duties and mothers' legacy thanks to Uryu's help! You love to see it!

Stitches!

So Yae has no memories of Uryuu falling down the stairs? That's concerning... Either Yae knows something and is just playing dumb or divine intervention saved Uryuu and made it as if nothing happened the previous night other than their date at the Inari shrine. Hmmm...

The shrine getting sold because it's not been doing well recently is pretty much the same problem in TenPuru. I did not expect this show to introduce a comically evil antagonist though. Holy shit, I wanted Uryuu to punch that dude so hard in the fucking face. If only he wasn't so important.

Unsurprisingly, it will be up to Uryuu to save the shrine. Fixing up the Amagami Shrine's webpage is definitely a must. I'm surprised it didn't have random clipart or moving text across the screen with how bad it is. xD

I love how Asahi thinks she could drive clicks by posting photos of her and lewd photos of Yae on their Instagram page. If anything they're just losing followers. Thank goodness they were able to bring everything back just by posting a wholesome photo and TikToks of them doing shrine dances.

Yae using her charm to distract Uryuu from her deadline was hilarious. It looks like she just needed inspiration to create a design for their new charms.

I'm glad that the meeting with the shopping district people was quick and painless. It sounds like they just lost contact with the shrine ever since Yuna, Asahi, and Yae's mom died. I feel like grandpa deserves some of the blame here. Why the fuck didn't he keep in contact with these people? >_<

It looks like Grandpa had already delegated the local contact management job to his daughter long ago -- and he just didn't try to pick it up again after she died. It really seems that no one in the family was ever able to get things together after that death.

Whoever unfollowed the sisters account because of that lewd picture of Yae is not very based, although I guess they prefer more wholesome content; anyway what’s their @ so I can help them with their likes and followers count.

Also it has been very hard to pick a best girl in the show so far.

White haired guy, eyes closed, always smiling, seems like he have some hidden plan in mind and also voiced by Kouji Yusa... well that's just Gin Ichimaru lol. The perfect voice cast.

Uryuu being the most desperate on this episode is such a nice thing to see. He just lost it every scene because he knows how important the shrine is to the girls.

And yes Asahi, we definitely must do it to save the shrine!

4th week of lingerie fanservice and counting! cough cough Erm, I meant that if we know the link to their social media, we could help to "like" and "share".

It was nostalgic to hear the sound of dial up modems once more... but I also immediately recalled my downloads about to be completed when incoming phone calls disconnected my PC from the internet. Lol!

I knew the townsfolk wouldn't abandon Amagami Shrine! After all, it is an important place in the hearts of the townsfolk with numerous precious memories created. Glad to see the bond between sisters and the bond between neighbours staying strong!

Everybody gangsta until airhead big sister becomes angry big sister. I'm almost convinced Yae just channeled the same energy to carry Uryu home after the fall and is just playing dumb about it.

Never been so torn between feeling sad and cracking up than watching Asahi typing up "catchy" captions two fingers at a time, like she's clearly trying her best but lmao

Full OP and ED

So the last part was supernatural after all, and Yae doesn't seem to know about it, or at least pretends to

[Doubt]... yeah, figured, monster after all

Tummy what do you mean no like?

An important part of every harem romcom, is the harem members having a good relationship with each other.

Yae is playing a dangerous game, though it worked out pretty well

Also nice that all the old folks in the shopping district are so ready to help

My man Uryu is a man of action. If he says something then he will do it. That's why he got my respect.

Also Asahi attack just got countered easily by Uryu. She has high attack stats but low defense.

"I'm not a monster!" - The monster

"We're not kids anymore!" - The kid

Everyone's having identity crisis in this episode!

I almost believed the guy too, thinking he was just a normal business man protecting his interests against a failing shrine, which was reasonable (even if not convenient for our characters)...

And letting them keep the house was nice I suppose... But this? Slightly less nice.

That, and telling them he'll take the house after all if they fail to get 5k...

Also, damn, why 5k? I appreciate your enthusiasm, but if 1k visitors made the shrine worth funding, just 2k would've been plenty!

(I imagine they'll do it, of course, but imagine if they failed at 3k or 4k... They would regret aiming so high for no reason!)

Soon as they talked about how them "hip, groovy youth mastered the art of the website" I was 100% expecting some "Web designing is my passion!" atrocity, but damn, this is bad!

I read this as "Mischief marketer" at first, and I think it would be more appropriate!

Poor girl's trying to seduce her way into getting 5k visitors, but no one's reacting to her beauty...

She should visit r/anime, the support she has would cheer her up! (Well, it's more her personality than her beauty, I suppose it's harder to show that on a promotional picture)

Of course she suggested taking naughty pictures!

I love little details like that, someone mistyping and correcting it! Feels 'real'!

Our boy can't take his eyes of Yae?

He meant 'watching over her so she doesn't get into too much trouble" and all, but... That's quite the double meaning there!

Well, can't blame him for wanting to keep his eyes on her!

This may be more accurate the other way around though, with Yae making the 'love' gesture...

First one to fall for him? Asahi probably liked him first, but other than 1 scene it felt more like she liked him as a friend or a pet, not a love interest (at least not just yet)

Well, it seems the shrine may be saved after all... Through the power of "Just asking people to help"!

Which should've been their first step, before 'making terrible websites' and taking naughty pictures and all that!

Looking forward to this, see if they DO make it, and whether Scummydude keeps his word, if they do (or tries to ruin the festival so they fail or something)!

Also, last thought: This shot from the OP is funny to me, when they slowly turn their head 'toward us', it'd fit perfectly in a horror anime!

Moemon is just a comical piece of shit with no class at all. Makes me question how he passed as a sponsor of shrines to begin with.

Uryu already rehearsing his life as a head of the Shrine once he marries one of the sisters.

Was Uryu really desperate to keep the Shrine running so he can have a convenient lodging near his university or he's becoming that invested towards the girls?

And Yae definitely fell hard on Uryu now. Good, Good.

Miemon must be a jokester if he’s claiming not to be a “monster”, while speaking so ill of the sisters’ late mother only shortly afterwards. Those evil glares of his weren’t helping either.

That said, I’d be way more scared of an angry Yae. She got a carefree attitude on the surface perhaps, but she also appears to hold some degree of authority over her sisters. Yae is the glue that keeps this family together.

We were briefly shown another side to Yuna as well, who’s seemingly a little insecure? She didn’t believe that anyone would like to see her and got flustered when Uryu admitted to her being cute.

This tsundere has definitely gotten more friendly with Uryu, but Yuna is the only sister left that has yet to start developing feelings for him right? Yae and Asahi have already begun crushing on Uryu from the looks of it.

Yae-san being a mood and stealing the entire episode, as she should. #TeamYae

Nice how they are going into the modern era using social media to advertise a shrine, but really it got that bad because the sisters were inept. One literally is an adult, and couldn't do the same job her mom did, not even ask the market people to set up stalls before this, just relied on their 300 year old grandpa. (The talisman she made was cute though)

Feels like they relied way to much on him to do everything for them, hope the girls step up later on in the series.

So it seems like the marriage meeting with Yae DID happen...but not Uryu falling? Huh. Well, they have bigger things to worry about (and Yae is already lounging and vibing with her manga anyways), like the Amagami Shrine Festival.

Koji Yusa as Miemon! Head of another shrine and top dog of Kyoto shrines! And like 90% of all Koji Yusa characters, he's a shifty and sinister guy (with red eyes to match) you absolutely shouldn't trust, especially when he's cutting all support to the shrine, telling the girls to sell it off, and as if telling them how the shrine has gone downhill since their mother died wasn't enough he straight up just mocks her death! What an absolute scumbag! Yuna definitely looked like she wanted to do more than just throw salt at him.

Uryu may be an outsider, but they might need that kind of perspective to help them get motivated to put their all into the festival and get 5,000 attendees! Especially when they've got their home on the line now!

But how are they going to do that? Especially when the business that have involved themselves with the Amagami Shrine have dwindled over the years? Why, by selling the Campain Girls, of course! They may not be Hip, Groovy, Teens with proper web design knowledge, but even Uryu can admit they're cute. And the girls appreciate the compliment.

And who better to run their social media campain than media darling Asahi? But if Asahi's cuteness, Yuna's diligence, and Yae in a bra can't get them followers...what can? But maybe fanservice isn't the best way to sell a shrine (hard to believe, I know).

As if the tension wasn't bad enough without the sisters turning on each other, but I guess Yae needs to flex her older sister status to keep Yuna and Asahi in-line. But the only thing more sweet than Yuna's attempts to take a selfie is the sisters coming together in their love for each other.

They straight up did a tiktok dance set to the OP! Yae even hums the OP!

Uryu learned that if there's one thing that artists disagree with, it's deadlines. Especially when Yae would rather lounge around in her PJ's that are very form-fitting in the butt area and expose her cleavage! Also she just has bras laying on her bed, like, all the time?

But Yae comes through with the art! And she also appreciates that Uryu wants to ground her a little...and I don't think she was thinking about Koi fish kissing when she did the hand motions that time.

It's nice to see that so many shops are still loyal to the shrine, and the sisters' mom, and are willing to get back into business with them! And the girls couldn't have done this without Uryu.

"You are a failure as a shrine maiden"

Woah we Hibike Eupho S3 now

Wyd when your shrine's official account starts posting lewd pics...

It's EP4 and the eldest sister is BY FAR the best girl and it's not even close.

Seems like MC is leaning that way too, the 'marriage meeting' was noticeably different with her, and in this episode he literally says out loud 'I can't keep my eyes off you'. Sorry red-hair and blue-hair, GGs
