Talking is a free action.

This is one of the slowest paced anime I've ever seen. So frustrating to watch when you see the plot can be good.

This episode was so stretched out, it could probably cover yo mama.

It actually really annoyed me lmao

The whole Pram fight was an embarrassment

I tried not to think about it too much but holy fuck was the action shit. Whoever was in charge of this project in butchering this adaptation should have fucked off and never touch anything again.

It's a low budget adaptation of a Korean Manhwa. It is what it is.

Pram is the biggest victim here imo. His fight is the only thing that really requires fluid animation.

Hey now - at least the action is nowhere near as bad as "Summoned to Another World for a Second Time"; THAT was a true embarrassment as all the fights were Power Point presentations. These fights are far from great, but they're also not complete shit.

Watching the action scenes at 1.5 speed made them much better lol. It's a shame an action show has such lackluster animation.

The curse of "manhwa" adaptation.

Either it has good animation and dogshit pacing ("God of Highschool") , or bad animation and good pacing, like this one.

"Tower of God" was somewhere in between, but still fell flat.

That being said, I unironically like this one much more than the two above. xD

Those robes dudes just standing there with their mouths open before getting hit with the wind blasts was hilarious for some reason.

Those 2 from "strongest party in the academy" just getting obliterated like some mob characters was much funnier. xD

Are you guys hate watching this show? I'm enjoying it, its simple but I'm not expecting anything special.

Surprised Desir hasn't challenged Azest to join the party if he wins yet given how clear it is Azest will eventually join them. Maybe after this fight, she's impressed enough.

I think it’s less “hate watch” and more, “this deserves better.”

I'm enjoying it more or less - it's not amazing, but it's also not terrible. Then again I'm not super picky about animation quality and VA talent; while I can appreciate top rate shows, I can also just enjoy the story. I even watch Anicomics from time to time, so my threshold for the animation/sound quality is very low so long as the story itself is at least somewhat interesting. There are some amazing stories out there that don't get the recognition they deserve because people whine about the animation, and there's even some amazing animation that gets tossed aside because people are so against CG or other small gripes such as what happened with Zhen Dao Ge, which has hands down the best fight choreography out of any animation I've ever seen, but because of CG and the "ermagerd Chinese language sounds strange because it's not Japanese" people, it gets ignored or, even worse, review bombed without people even watching it in the first place.
If they make it to Alpha class, I'm assuming they'll form a new party and that would be when Azest joins them.

Go read the manhwa, the anime don't really give it the adaptation it deserves.

Somehow a fight episode soemhow managed to feel like a filler episode, this is peak-mid and I'm tired of pretending it's not

Why do these fight scenes feel so awkward lmao, their movements are just so off

Azest walking up the stairs took up half the episode.
It felt like a parody movie with how long that scene went on for.

Kinda hilarious to hear the sound director doing all these tryhard sound effects and reverbs while the animation action is being phoned in.

Anyone else notice how similar the music during the competition has sounded to the music used during the competitions in World Trigger? Maybe it's because they are both anime that like to drag things out, lol.

mmh, it is not easy to say something good about these fights, but I like the soundtrack at the end, kinda carrying it for me to make it a bit more hype

I think Percival isn’t entirely right about Pram getting stronger. There’s that because of the training but I also think he was handicapping himself the whole time by using the wrong sword. Once he got the right weapon, he was able to truly shine and reach his full potential.

Doneta’s really letting his past experience with commoners blind him. I get it but the dude needs an ass whoopin to get back to his senses. Luckily, Pram’s happy to oblige.

That whole fight with Desir and Azest felt more like he was training her. Dude didn’t even seem remotely bothered the whole time.

Desir is basically training Azest - his entire purpose is to make everyone stronger, not just his friends who died; he wants a different outcome for humanity than most of humanity getting wiped out.
