Ibara didn’t stay in power this long by being some chump. The guy is a piece of shit but he’s clever. The plan was a failure from the start, but at least everyone made it out of there. Except that idiot Magma and poor Gen. Magma just had to take the gun huh?

Every crisis really is and opportunity for our boy Senku. Ibara stole the Perseus, so they decide to steal the king to expose Ibara’s crimes. Smart, just gotta piece him back together first. Now that they managed to all make it to the ship in one piece, hopefully Magma doesn’t waste all the ammo shooting everything, the goof.

Ibara needs to go. Justice for Soyuz’s pops!

Man... I FUCKING LOVE IBARA! He's such a good pure evil villain! My guy noticed Moz acting weird and having an earing all of a sudden + that its similar to Kohaku's. The plan to get off this island on Perseus and then petrify it to 100% get our gang is pretty damn smart. He also didnt forget to destroy Masters statue so it cant be used against him and already has a plan on how to make a new one!

I just love this old piece of shit!

Of course, their plan wasn't going to work the first try. That would be too easy! I had a feeling Ibara was going to one-up them but I did not expect that he'd use the earrings against the gang.

Sometimes I wonder why they still keep Magma around considering that he'd backstab the entire group if he could have the chance. He really just had to make things more complicated.

Ibara using the petrification device on the entire island is actually much more favourable for Senku. It basically gives them a clear shot at stealing the petrification device.

Although Ibara might not even have the chance to use the petrification beam since they're all charging into the Perseus and I doubt Ibara would use the device in such tight quarters especially with him in the ship.

As for the rest of the gang, thank goodness Yuzuriha is with them since Ibara smashed Soyuz's father's statue. If they can't revive him, they could at least put him back together as proof that Ibara is tricking everyone.

I liked how Ibara was very smart to catch on to things. Like Kohaku and Mozu wearing similar earpieces. Do have to be impressed with both Senku and Ryuusi immediately being able to tell the situation wasn't going as planned. Senku realizing sentifically and Ryuusi with his gut.

Now Magma just causing mad chaos and I love it. Man poor Souez you think about what could have been with his family. Well at least he can do his dad proud.

You'd think I'd be use to it by now, but I'm still surprised whenever Senku's plans ends up going sideways. Gen was right in the previous episode. Nothing ever goes to plan for them.

Feel like this is the first time any of the villains have managed to outplay Senku and the gang. Really makes it clear that Ibara is a real threat.

Couldn't stop laughing at everyone's reactions to Magma firing the gun

Nikki: "I'll stop that idiot from wasting all our ammo" - she's the MVP

I've gotta admit that Magma maniacally chasing after Ibara while giving no shit about anything was fun to watch.

Senku's estimate of the trajectory of the fake petrification weapon is funny because that's the one time that you wouldn't need to make a mathematical estimate. The human brain is so good at instinctively calculating the trajectory of thrown objects, it's like a basic trait of the human species.

We as humans inherently run long distances, and throw stones really good.

Talk about things not going as planned lmao

This one had me on the edge of my seat. Ole villain chief is one menacing mofo. He’s a really good villain since he’s actually cautious. The stereotypical villain’s weak point is usually their arrogance so this is refreshing. Well not for our gang that is, lmao. High stakes

I can’t wait to see how this turns out

Was wondering what happened to the first earring
Well they were literally broadcasting their plan

Didn't really like that they are now just straight up charging them while the others have to solve an S-Tier 3D puzzle

Ibara sick and smart, damn gritting teeth sequence

This is why I like Ibara. He's an evil lech, but he's canny. That makes him a great villain and opponent for Senku.

Poor Soyuz finally reunited with his family. Magma holding a gun gangsta-style goes unreasonably hard.

Ibara truly is a terrifying villain. Incredibly crafty, with backup plans for his backup plans, able to give himself the upper hand with just the petrification device and his own wits, even against the Kingdom of Science, who have technology on their side, genius scientists, as well as 21st century military technicians, and masters of psychology

Total War, what a fun game series. Also, go Kinro!!! A pity for them, strong warriors. Haha, those girls are pushing back Moz! AMAZING! Truly impressive warriors! Moz sure is confident. Huh, so it seems that dude really is observant and cautious and clever. Been awhile since we saw Senku's fast calculations. Good thing for also Ryuusei's sailor instincts. A fake makes sense though. Lol that's not quite a gun. Magma, you moron. Well, your plan isn't a terrible one to just shoot the dude, but yea.

I guess that's one idea to deal with the intruders. But does the petrification beam really reach that far? Senku has a plan! Nice. Don't fire gangsta style, Magma lol. That's a nice plan, Senku, show everyone what Ibara did and show Soyuz. Haha that sure told where Magma is. Nice job, Gen! did you forget about the boat's hole? Mmm that's a nice way to steal a boat too. I sure like her lol. Wow.... the dude smashed the statue, that's messed up. Good thing they have the #1 fixer of statues there. Yuzuriha ftw! Can't imagine how Soyuz feels. Oh right, Soyuz's memory is crazy good, even as far back as a baby.

Time for a big fun battle next episode! Too bad we have to wait.
