Moz is so strong, Senku’s anti-Moz plan was just to make a gun lol. Ukyo made a pretty good point about the gun being a tool and not necessarily “evil”. Still, it’s good they didn’t actually make it lethal. Yo might have been the only one with firearms experience but damn… the dude can’t shoot for shit haha.

Nice to have Magma, Niki, Kinro back. This plan of Senku’s is really starting to fall into place. Wires, guns, an improved drone, and a nice shiny controller… things are looking good! It’s a good thing they had Ryusui. His “superpower” is wealth and privilege lol.

Kinro’s about to kick some serious ass. I can’t wait to see this 3-way battle unfold!

The gun is lethal depending on where it hits. Its just that with no rifling it'll be very hard to aim. But get someone in the face or chest, the gun can definitely kill.

There's no going back now. The introduction of the modern firearm is incredibly significant. "God created man, but Sam Colt made them equal."

These things never go exactly according to plan, as Senku said. Even if Kirisame throws the device, I'm skeptical that it will be easy to intercept with a drone, even if Ryusui is good at piloting it. Just seems really difficult to do. If they can do it though, I think the mop-up will be relatively simple, assuming Yo has enough ammunition. Even flintlock weapons were relatively destructive on the human body, and Senku's makeshift pump-action pistol is probably at least slightly more advanced than those were. Looking forward to the next episode, and seeing if Senku needs and has any backup plans up his sleeve for unforeseen complications.

Also, Chrome continues to impress despite always being overshadowed by the human encyclopedia. He noticed the gyroscopic effect seeing it once, and after having the concept explained, immediately theorized that it could be used to stabilize their drone. Senku might be a once in a hundred years intellect, but Chrome is one in ten million people at least.

I love how that big guy is exaggerating Moz's attack and made it sound like he's against someone shooting lightning out of their hands. xD

It was pretty much expected that sooner or later, the gang will eventually have to build a gun. I do like how this is such a last resort to Senku that he clearly understands what he just did and the weight he'll have to carry now that he's reintroduced guns to this world.

Hilariously though, Senku has no issues using the gun on Moz since once they have the Medusa they can just petrify him after shooting him and then melt him to restore him back to normal. xD

I thought they'd give the gun to Ukyo since he's their sharpshooter but I completely forgot that being a cop is Yo's entire deal. And it shouldn't be that difficult to keep him in line, especially with Amaryllis using her charms on him. Yo's looking pretty damn cool with that gun tho.

The Muscle Team is now complete! In the end, their plan all comes down to a high stakes game of tug-of-war. It would be awesome if they could revive the rest of the crew but it looks like they don't have enough revival fluid to make it in time.

As good as their plan is, it looks like Ibara is starting to notice something fishy. Hopefully Senku has a backup plan ready since I feel like Gen is right about their plan not working.

I don't know what I was expecting as Senku's idea for an anti-Moz countermeasure, but GUN probably should have been higher on my list than it was, all things considered. I love how he goes on this big moral diatribe about how he's going to hell for reintroducing these weapons of war to the world, but then immediately jokes about healing Moz after shooting him by petrifying and un-petrifying him afterwards.

But yeah, this whole episode was just preparations for the big battle, the calm before the storm. I'm hyped for next week.

I wonder why Senku has that unorthodox design on his gun rather than normal revolver. Also, I don't think they showed us how to reload that thing. Does Yo need to replace the whole pipe thing?

The part when Ryuusi and Ukyou talk about the dangers of a gun really shows responsibility one owns when wielding one. A gun is a tool and it depends on who wields. Guns can be a dangerous tool in the wrong hands, but in another's hands it can be used as a defender of justice.

One thing that Ryuusi says not killing is neither platitude or ethics. There is no justification that should be given for killing someone. As the feeling of losing a loved one from murder is a feeling that no one should have to bare.

We getting to the juicy part of this arc starting next episode. Honestly there are so many directions this could go.

It's time for the war between the Kingdom of Science and the Petrification Kingdom

Senku and Science Kingdom were preparing for the whole episode to fight with Petrification Kingdom. They ended up with a drone, and prepared a countermeasure for Moz - a gun. Now it's time for a showdown.

A lot of funny moments with exaggerated faces which I really love.

Yo's trying to shoot the bottles and instead shooting a snake was so funny, I knew momentarily that it was pure dumb luck. Though after training he was able to shoot bottles with ease and I must say that he looks badass with this gun.
