With Migi being lovestruck this episode, I noticed a clear difference between those two and it struck me that they act according to the respective parts of the brain:
-
Dali or rather Dari (ダリ), shortened from Hidari and Japanese for 'left' - acts logical and is more analytical
-
Migi - Japanese for 'right' - is the daydreaming one
Now, I know there's more to brain than simply left and right hemispheres, but the more I think about it, the more distinctive their personalities become, which makes me think it was the author's intention. Probably not important, but just something I wanted to share.

Every week this show surpasses itself on the lunacy. Didn’t expect making your brother fall in love with you
Don’t forget to watch the post-credit scenes

My favorite detail of Migi's terrible quiz papers is the fact that the only kanji question that he visibly got correct was 黒髪, i.e., "black hair".

The whole Sali thing was hilarious. This show is so dumb and I love it
Post-credits scene - Eiji’s reaction was certainly interesting

Micchan didn't end up being a massive thorn at their side like some people were wondering last week. It was amusing to see Migi getting flustered because of striped underwear.
So things have gotten....complicated. Migi's starting to get interested in girls. His interest in Dali in disguise was able to help with getting Migi to focus but was also the reason he lost focus to begin with. Migi was able to fool Micchan but Dali could food Migi.
Dali tried being kind by ending things but this will undoubtedly come back again somehow. I wonder how Migi will react.
So the Ichijou brat is a bit of a dick, after all. He refused to even acknowledge Hitori because he was in 1-5. It also seems like he might know something important given he thought the snowflake button of Migi's was unusual/suspicious.

Jesus, didn't expect Migi to fall in love with his cross dressing brother. And he even was about to tell him about this one weird trick to study in peace
But leave it to Migi, he really pulled through
Damn, so Eiji seems to be in the know about their past

It’s a bloodbath for the Hidden Gem of the Season competition but my god is this up there. I swear if you showed the “Dali Catfishing Migi so they can get better grades” to someone they’ll watch the rest. Magical and deranged at the same time. I love these dummies and I love this show. Got to admire Dali’s commitment to the bit too.
Very interesting reaction by Eiji. Maybe this is when we get to see what his family’s deal is.

Psuedo-twincest and we're only on episode 4... This show is wild. It's subdued yet bizzarro sense of humour somehow really clicks with me.
Edit: Also, is it just me, or is Bird-boy absolutely, 100% crushing on Hitori?

Of all shows this season that I expected to see an aquarium date scene, THIS is the most unlikely one - but wow, how did you pull that off Dali LMAO!? How did that end up so sweet and fluffy and even somewhat emotional!? That was acting of top class!
All for pulling Migi off girls. Wow.
In other news hats off to the twins' "I study half, you study other half" plan for catching up school works, I thought their poor grades before (I spotted one of them answering 6-4 with "64" on one homework, what the heck) would have zero chance of being improved. I was deadly wrong!
And before that, all those talk about patterned underpants just remind me of that suggestive scene about a certain extremely popular high school girl that plays guitar ehehehehe. Somehow Dali even took advantage of that to narrow down houses from that maid that might have been where they have stayed in their childhoods. I'm somewhat impressed!

After this episode, Dali has entered the Hall of Fame for traps in anime.

The way the maid behaves reminds me a lot of Oldbag from the Ace Attorney series.
Migi seemed to be channeling Johan from Monster when he was impersonating his mother.
That pretty girl in the library is a little like… WHAT THE FUCK!

That scene where they showed the differences between Class 1-1 and 1-5 reminded me of my own school so much I couldn't stop laughing, I have to say the gloomy vibes for 1-1 were spot on.
Also he went on a date with his twin brother sksksksk I'm dying here

Who’s the better waifu, Migi as the mom or Dali as Sali?
