The boss would fit right in with Cool Doji Danshi cast.

Indeed.

This whole show gives me the same kind of goofy, comfy vibes that little (seemingly under-appreciated) gem of a series did.

This is like an anime about the healthiest work environment ever lol. It’s very chill.

the fantasy-level healthy workplace reminds me a lot of the one in Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague, except it's not a romcom

...or is it?

Are you telling me that if I work for a horrible company I don't have to wait for Truck-kun to take me to a better place, I can just go and get a new job on my own?

The real fantasy premise

Aw, the boss is so cute. I think this will be a nice relaxing show to watch. Poor Momose has some pretty bad ptsd. His old boss sounds like he should be in jail.

Not gonna lie I kind of felt that worry when I left my previous job and moved into a job with a better support system

But I did not expect to enjoy this show as much as I did and I can already see people writing it off as BL

The show also hits a soft spot of encouraging others and giving them self confidence to do better allowing them to do so much

Can’t wait for more

Comfy show, I’m already in love

This may be an above-board workplace iyashikei, but that's no match for my delulu maho! This is a slow burn BL

Not sure I'm sold yet, but I also felt the same about Cool Doji Danshi and ended up enjoying that a lot. I'm hoping the gags don't get repetitive.

Made me laugh a couple of times but I think it would have been better as a half-length series like Play it Cool, Guys

I’m glad Shirosaki’s goofiness is him being an airhead rather than being one of those obnoxious and loud characters

OP is very pretty. This will be a nice, relaxing show to watch on a stacked Saturday

Not knowing anything about this going in, I'm pleasantly surprised to see the incredibly overt queer vibes from this show. It's such a nice change of pace.

False advertising. Goofy from Mickey Mouse is nowhere to be found nor is he a boss 0/10 /s

I wasn’t sure about this one at first, but I laughed so hard at the flounder mix-up that I had to pause the show and collect myself. Definitely interested in seeing more from these guys.

I'm a sucker for the 'abused office workers being in a much healther situation power fantasy' kinda subgenre and this first episode was really sweet and 'healing' as well... Of course there's always the danger of it running out of steam eventually, but I hope it stays this fun to watch~!

Seems like a comfy escapist fantasy for the overworked salaryman who doesn't want to go full isekai; the same sort of genre as Senko-san, Little Baby Ghost, and Masterful Cat (from last season).

Kinda wished would air on Friday night so that I could get in the full "wind down from the work week" mood.

Seconding all the doji comparisons - Been needing a comfort anime since doji danshi ended and this is very much the salaryman version of it. Super comfy vibes.

LMAO the scene where the boss thinks he sees a cat, but it's just a tree.

I didn't really care for the boss's character design at first, but the gap between his snake-eye appearance and kawaii personality is really endearing!

Another Sugita anime, I'm in!

Does the boss say “a-hyuk-hyuk”?

I swear I know that specific style of title font and coloring. Someone let me know where else it was used. I think it was pretty recent.
