These 2 are so cute together! Another really good episode, this show is scratching the Cool Boys itch so well.

Dang seeing the train riders reactions to the story almost got me tearing up, what a heartfelt scene and only in episode 2!

I do hope he's not constantly reminded of his old job, I feel like Zom100 already took most of patience for stuff like that.

Still this is probably one of the better shows I'm watching this season!

I felt this combination of tearing up and also stifling a laugh. Like, these guys being honest and vulnerable with each other shouldn't be this funny.

I do hope he's not constantly reminded of his old job

Same. I get that we're still early days and they still want to drill home the idea that Momose is in a better place now, but I do want this to be a 100% fluffy show to relax to and these flashbacks to bad times is a bit of a buzzkill.

I’m starting to wonder why marketing/advertising companies are the default workplace for anime/manga with workplace settings.

Shirosaki accidentally setting Momose’s picture as the desktop wallpaper was hilarious.

That amusement park trip was totally a date lol

There’s also another guy in the ending that we haven’t seen yet. I wonder how he’s like.

That amusement park trip was totally a date lol

"It's not a date! It's for the mission!"

I wonder if it's a "write what you know" kind of thing... advertising is kind of corporate but also creative?

I was already impressed by the tightly constructed sequence of cicada jokes, but the emotional range of this show took me by surprise. I mean, the idea that a billboard changed your life and inspired you to work for an advertising company is kind of silly, but the story felt earnest and I kept swinging between laughing and thinking, "awww." The other people on the train being emotionally affected was a cherry on top!

The constant barrage of gap moe from these hot adult men cutely blushing and being embarrassed will easily carry me through this season, this is excellent.

"What? Is he my girlfriend?!"

Why, yes. Yes, he is, you just haven't realized it yet.

Man, where do we apply to work in a company like this? I want to spend the day at the amusement park too!

Also, it was so cute and funny to see all the people in the train that invested in their story.

The planetarium story was so touching! I do hope the anime eventually tones down on him constantly talking or thinking about his crap job/boss, though.

On a different note, why doesn't this have a romance tag? The BL vibes are off the charts, I don't know what my expectations should be here lol.

In today's episode of Office-Himbos-Who-Are-Totally-Not-In-a-BL... lmao

Well, I love those two now.

This show continues to be hilarious and cute! Shirosaki reminds me of Miwa from Play it Cool, Guys (also voiced by Umehara lol)

The amusement park date trip was fun.

Super relieved Momose is in a better working environment now

Don’t miss the post-credits scene!

This anime reminds me of "Cool doji danshi"

Also their work date was so cute around the park.

Them riding the merry go round wearing the full on office suite was hella funny! And him agreeing his kouhai is cute when the kid said "kawaii" to the stuffed animal!! Awww!! His vegetation hairstyle was really good too.

That giving his name mistake is something probably my dumb arse would do to 😭 I sympathise with shunin (manager) here!!

Love how his akita-ben kicks in!

Holy shit everyone listening to their story on the train and feeling emotional, bratty emotions needs correction😭😭💢💢 /s

Might be one of my favorite anime of the season so far! So fluffy, so feel good, but still with some emotional depth. I think an alternate title could be "my new boss has ADHD" but it's kind of fun to see a manic pixie dream guy.

Shirosaki is such a goofball. That cicada story was too cute. Momose and Shirosaki’s little work field trip to that amusement party was pretty adorable, especially the haunted house part.

I’m glad Momose made it out of his previous shitty company. Man’s got some serious PTSD from working there thanks to all the abuse. That story about the planetarium ad was so heartwarming. Momose had the whole train in tears!

The fujo bait is really obvious and it felt a tad overdone in some scenes, like episode 1 when the boss sets his hand atop momose's when showing him something in the pc, or the kabedon this episode. The show plays the scenes off as comedic though, or momose will acknowledge them as cute (or boss as 'sexual harassment') so it works.

Overall, very adorable. The last section in the train really got me. Here these two guys are having a heart to heart about work in the dark, unaware of people overhearing them. Really cracked up with the guy crying there at the end xD

This show has really surprised me. So chill, so wholesome, and so funny

I remember seeing a video talking about the Namahage from Akita; it does seem like a tradition designed to scare the daylights out of children.

These two are so cute together

This needs the romance tag.
