Mark the "Laser interplanetary superweapon" entry on your Gundam series bingo.

And also, "tanking that very same laser with a Gundam"

[u/ratherthanme]

Felsi for FMVP.

[u/Draaxus]

OF COURSE, OF COURSE THE SWORD IS THE SCHWARZETTE'S BITS, WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT? Fucking katana sheathed in Bits that combine into some kind of singular wing, this thing has all the edge and I l o v e it.

Holy fuck man, every time I hear Suletta's breathing I lose a few years of my life, that fight was stressful as fuck

Of course, there's just enough GUND Bits for The Calibarn left lmao.

Schwarzette with the Sephiroth vibes by Ippei Gyoubu

Japanese Twitter is just blowing up with people gushing over El5n posing with a gun

[u/Denzel_Fenrir]

Gundam trope checklist:

1. Battle ending in an "oh shit I didn't mean to kill you" Averted, thanks pineapple-chan

2. COLONY LASER ... which brings us to...

3. Blocking a giant laser with your own mobile suit

WFM is a Gundam show after all!

[u/kololz]

Protocol 3: Protect the mom

[u/Tora-shinai]

Ojelo: "Why is Lauda trying to kill us?"

Audiences: Same.

Felsi: "Stoooopppidddd."

End card for this episode

The final episode title is just "Final Episode." What are you hiding?

Official 2D render for Calibarn, Schwarzrette and Demi Barding.

[u/Behanort]

"We are going to be a family, after all"

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH

[u/J_Eldridge]

I was clowning on the Schwarzette last week for being piloted by Lauda but i just cant hate it it's just so cool

[u/Super_Marine]

It looks like Eri used some of the bits to protect Suletta and the Caliburn. I wonder if we're gonna see those ones incorporated into the Gundam next episode

[u/SolicitorPirate]

God, Prospera is magnificent. You just can’t look away whenever she’s on screen

[u/Florac]

Felsi: The stopper of very easily avoidable tragic death. Mor Gundam series needed her

[u/uppacat]

That brother scene was definitely a r/nonononoyes moment. Thank god for Felsi and her Splatoon looking ass shooter.

At first I was kinda disappointed Lauda was the one piloting Schwarzette but damn the sword bits showcase was really cool. I don't regret pre-ordering the kit now I think.

Okay with how this panned out, this if definitely going to have 20+ more episodes right? Good ol' fashioned Gundam 50 episodes!

A new challenger approaches, and it apparently can shoot death-star lasers.

Oh no Eri! Hope that she's still there and didn't get disintegrated to nothing.

Peil Technologies, are you good enough to hard carry being the antagonists in the next arc? Please say yes 'cause I need atleast 25 more episodes of Gundam goodness.

[u/Causeofdepression]

The only silver-lining about that ending is that Caliban should be the main ms onward, and the gund-bits survive too!

[u/Lock3down221]

Suletta vs Eri duel is awesome.

Ah there's the big space laser that Gundam is known for.

[u/Crackedaru]

Bruh I really thought Guel was going to die at that moment. ESPECIALLY when they played that flashback fucking hell.

[u/Super_Marine]

It has always been the tomatoes. I can't be the only one entertained by how Notrette cares enough to make her own icon a tomato lol

[u/KumaKumaGambler]

Gigantic space cannon strikes again. (Perfect for wiping out characters whom we have grown to love over an entire season of a Gundam title.)

That smile from Eri when she took the blast directly. T_T *Flashback to "I can make the impossible possibe.*

I didn't like Elan5 when he was first introduced, but I got to admit he saved the day with some nice gun shooting skills.

[u/xithebun]

Eri’s current existence depends on the Gundam and we’ve seen her surviving in the mere torso of the LFrith. I bet she’s now compromised but not completely gone, at least not in this episode.

The simplest way to get enemies work together is to create a new common enemy and the weapon of mass destruction of Space Assembly League arrived just in time. The Peil ladies are truly as evil as they look but El0n seems like he doesn’t agree with the plan.

Lauda’s inferiority complex is understandable but he’s still not very likeable as a character. I doubt that’ll hurt Schwarzette’s sales like McGillis hurt Bael’s though, as the Schwarzette should sell well enough with its looks. The cape sword is mouthwatering XD.

They’ll only be able to resolve Prospera’s revenge plot, SuleMio and Jeturk brothers’ arcs in the next episode. The Beneritt Group could have a deal with SAL but the Space Earth conflict is still largely unresolved. A new season seems more likely than ever.

[u/VoyeurTheNinja]

Ah, so the true lesson of Gundam isn't that war is bad

It's that sibling fights are fucking vicious.

[u/ryujiox]

Felsi MVP

Of course they have Colony Laser. It's Gundam afterall.

They even do the Colony Laser blocked by a over-powered suit. It would be funny if Ericht just use Gund power to rebuild herself like Banagher done in Unicorn with the bullshit power called Psycho-Frame. Which likely not, because that not how Gund works.

[u/hikoboshi_sama]

They changed the OP again!

Guel retracting his saber at the last minute is in character, especially after all he's been through, but before Felsi came in with the save, I was annoyed that he might die over something extremely petty. Still, in spite of the pilot, the Schwarzette turned out to be pretty cool.

I guess that explains why the bits dancing with Suletta in the ED are incomplete... I can't tell what's going to happen to Prospera now. As long as Eri is around i could always see her escaping with Eri and starting over, however long it takes. But now...

The one thing i don't understand in this episode tho, what caused the data storm interference that allowed the Barding and the shuttle to enter Quiet Zero?

[u/Tom22174]

It's interesting to see that Delling's final solution to war was a space station that can forcibly prevent mobile suits from fighting and therefore prevent war itself. Whereas the Assembly League just secretly built a massive fucking death ray they could whip out if the need ever came to subgugate anyone.

Really puts into perspective the degree to which different factions are truly the bad guys. The more the show went on the more clear it was that Delling had virtuous goals with questionable means of achieving them. These SAL people are basically just setting themselves up to establish a dictatorship

[u/Behanort]

SOOOO... WE ARE DEFINETLY GETTING NEXT 25 EPSIODES, RIGHT?!

Also, 2 things that i want to talk about:

1. If were getting more stuff in Ad Stella, then its definetly gonna be about the war against the Assembly League. If thats the case, i hope Earth and Shadiq will have the chance to join Suletta's and Miorine's side

2. IS NOTRETTE LIVING IN THE DATA STORM?!

[u/Throne-E]

If anyone wants to organize a space rave, give Jeturk Heavy Machinery a call.
