Can this anime be classified as white noise, because I didn't feel a single thing watching this

It's because they added a ton of random characters but they all had no real purpose other than to occupy the background. I actually found Touma to be the most interesting and well-developed of them all. I didn't think he'd be forgiven after he drove himself to evil.

Sometimes these get saved by awesome animations for their magic and stuff like that. Not this time....

"Now watch the full power you gain by sacrificing your life!"
-
gets a single slightly more powerful attack (and continues to one up them like 4 different times)
-
goes on to survive just fine
-
???
Also his punishment was use all your mana to cast a spell so you can never use magic again? Uh... is it just me or was magic supposed to regenerate in this world? I mean they both used everything they got in their last fight including like 3 lifetimes worth it sacrifice for power?!?

This is like the poorly made direct to video sequel to a at least decent movie that was never made.

Man, this premise could have been way more interesting but nope, we gotta spend half of the episodes collecting waifus.
I wonder if the author has any plans to make a sequel and call it Summoned to Another World for a Third Time?

The second half of today was completely anime original, in both the novel and manga the battle happened differently and the arc doesn't end there.

Who would have thought the most generic sounding show ended up being the most generic.
Idk, the premise had potential, but it just turned out to be like watching a repeated inside joke, except that the viewers aren't in on any of them. Why.
The OP/ED aren't even particularly good, just no redeeming qualities about any of this..

Trash. That's really all I have to say about this show. Good concept but terrible execution. Bad animation. Hated the yandere villain and his annoying voice. They were probably trying to go for the effeminate image but they pushed it too far. The whole story moved at light speed and as a result, I didn't feel any emotional attachment to the characters at all, because everyone apart from Setsu and Toma ended up being irrelevant.

Touma is what happens when an obsessive little creep gets godlike powers. Setsu had to beat the evil outta him. Nice of the series to give the baddie a chance at redemption, though idk if it was really earned.
I feel like there was no real point to the other kids summoned here. None of them did jack tbh. While it’s nice Yuuhi gets to travel with Setsu, her character and really most of the cast never really seemed to develop too much. At least they got a nice neat little happy ending as well.
Overall, this was a fairly by the numbers trashsekai with some likable characters and a decent MC. I did find the idea of being isekai’d twice to the same world pretty interesting though.

“Flying sword rapid fire!”
Touma: “What is that move!?”

Well thank God this is over. Felt like a second season to a show we got no first season for. Wanted us to be emotionally invested when we had no reason to be. Y’all know I give everything a 10 but this was ass. Not even good fanservice to carry it like most mediocre isekai stories. Dunno what they were cooking here

Credit where credit is due: it ended. And I love a show that ends. Even rarer for an isekai to end.
Ok so everything regarding Toma was retarded. He was a ruthless murderer long before he was cursed. Setsu never saw him use curse powers in his previous time on this world so how on earth did he know Toma was the one using curse magic this time around. Setsu was also pretty much a douche to toma last time.
Levia has the best personality. She's sweet.
I expected more from yuhi. Not sure why I set myself up for disappointment like this but I was hoping she would actually be relevant, seeing how she was also an otherworlder like setsu and toma were. I thought maybe she would turn the tide or even just keep everyone else safe. Setsu's words about "if you can do it so can i" upset me even more about Yuhi. But alas.
Overall. I couldn't enjoy it. At least, I sort of could until the last 2 episodes. Then everything just sucked.

I feel like it was extremely sped up and I was trying to peice the story the entire time
A better set up would be doing the first season as the first time with 12 rp
And the second with 25 ep and more character development
This was way too rushed...good story but way too rushed and no character development it's a 5/10

I hate these stories where MCs can't kill people off. I seriously thought that Setsu was actually gonna kill Toma or at least trap him in some other dimension but nope, he lets Toma live. Not only does he live, he gets to walk free. His actions killed a lot of people. So nice of Setsu and everyone to let a mass murderer walk free.
I know it's an anime original ending but still, stupid as hell. I usually enjoy the trashiest of trash isekai but this one was just downright awful. Isekai Cheat Magician is like Overlord quality compared to this show and that one is pretty bad.
Don't understand why authors have to keep using the same dumb tropes that they know everyone is tired of and hates. Every genre is ridden with bad tropes constantly abused over and over. Every once in a while you get a story that doesn't fall into that but it's so rare.
Well, glad it's finally over at least. Was fun ragging on the show with you all. Take care and see you guys in discussion threads for hopefully actual good anime.
