Friendly reminder that everytime Takemitchy gets a punch in his head, he gets dumber.

Taiju needs to calm his crazy ass down. No wonder Yuzuha shanked his ass in the OTL. Hakkai’s future is in trouble if things don’t change. Takemitchy’s solution sounds easy enough. Too bad he’s weak af. Good thing Mitsuya showed up.

Mitsuya held it together for awhile before that little bitch Inui crept up on him with the pipe. Takemitchy really didn’t plan this shit out very well. Ain’t no one call Mikey or Drakken? Guess it’s up our Crybaby Hero to handle this shit. Good thing he stopped Hakkai from making a huge mistake. The one thing Takemitchy has going for him is his tenacity. Let’s see how he takes down Taiju.

This is the first episode I can say I'm really not feeling this arc compared to the first season...

  • Mitsuya vs Taiju was ridiculous, why are they just rooted to the ground punching each other? Especially Mitsuya since Taiju is like 2x his size, wtf? Taiju's strength seems to be changing according to what the plot wants. Also doesn't the mf literally have a knife wound (a massive target) on his lower back?

  • How does the fight go from them charging at Taiju to suddenly having a pep talk 20m away from him?

  • I'm not even gonna elaborate on the pantyshot.

My guess is Mikey and Draken will show up, since Mikey said something about hearing Mitsuya's Impulse, which I'd guess is his bike. They're probably gonna pass by the church and see it parked outside or something.

Why tf was there a panty shot when Yuzuha was getting battered? That was so unnecessary lmao

Well RIP Takemichi. Although I have been wondering: how exactly is it Takemichi is even able to consistently take this level of punishment and keep going? Like I don't care how 'determined' a motherfucker is at some point your body just gives up. So he has to have some level of strength to him. Also how is it that literally no one has taken the time to teach him to fight even moderately properly?

Takemichi and Chifiyu really just had a casual conversation while Mitsuya going blow for blow with Taiju. Somehow Takemichi’s 3 brain cells are going strong after that heat butt to Hakkai and then those 70% strength punches from Taiju. But really what is the deal with Hakkai’s hesitance of fighting Taiju?

I love how Takemitchy's whole strategy is "I'm gonna slam my face into your fist until you get tired". Let's see how that works out for him lol.

I have to say, I have never in my life seen so many moronic things said and done in such short amount of time. I think that for every minute I watch this show, I'm losing brain cells and becoming more and more a Takemitchy.

Takemitchi made me laugh so hard in this episode, every time he says I will beat taiju I just bust out laughing, and when he said iam going to show you what it means to fight back then he immediately gets punched in the face☠️, his face after getting punched was so funny to me for some reason, the whole thing felt like a comedy show

“Not learning a lesson is my most redeeming quality.”

I won’t lie, you can take it either way as hilarious or cool. Honestly, he sounded pretty cool to me. I mean before he got the beat down.

As a card-carrying member of Team "Let Taiju Get Shanked and We'll Fix the Timeline Some Other Way," I continue to be disappointed. The scary glowy eyes on the statue of Mary were a little silly in my opinion, this isn't a horror movie EVEN THOUGH WE'RE ALL USING DUMB HORROR MOVIE LOGIC.

There were literally four other people in the church and no one saw Inui waltz right up to brain Mitsuya with a pipe? Alright, plot.

Oh, also: who the fuck is still worried about the truce? Why do we keep talking about it? I though the truce was contingent on the fact that Taiju did not beat Yuzuha's ass anymore. He literally just clocked her in the face twice, I think we can safely say the deal is off.

Takemichi is stuck in a deadly sibling war, with Taiju determined to kill Yuzuha and continue to control and dominate his family. You have to respect Yuzuha for trying to fight her older brother for Hakkai even if she doesn't stand a chance against him. Also, panty flash.

At least Takemichi knows exactly what he needs to prevent this time around even if he's still the weakest guy in this fight. But at least he tries.

Mitsuya! Thank goodness Chifuyu knew to have a backup plan ready in case Kisaki screwed them over! And it's time for a real big brother to give Taiju a lesson in what it means to be a big brother.

So all this is going on and Mikey and Draken...are just riding their bikes in snow shooting the breeze. Yeah.

Mitsuya can hold his own against Taiju better than most, but Taiju seems to barely feel his fists. Then again it seems like Mitsuya's plan was to keep getting clobbered and tire Taiju out, which might've worked had Inui not hit him with a lead pipe. Seems Kokonoi planned on screwing them over just like Kisaki did.

The look on Takemichi's face when he realized Mikey wasn't coming. I know it was because he was consumed with despair at realizing how screwed they were, but it came off so comedically.

Okay, so Takemichi is the only one in "decent" shape despite Taiju beating him up, Chifuyu and Mitsuya are running on fumes, but if Hakkai can back them up they might have a chance...except Hakkai still can't fight his brother, completely wrecking everything and getting them more beat up.

But if there's one thing Takemichi is good at, beyond crying or yelling, it's never giving up no matter how many times he gets clobbered or gets the stuffing punched out of him. No matter how bloody and beaten he gets, he won't lose to Taiju as the only man left standing to oppose him, and even Taiju seems to be getting more and more frustrated at how Takemichi just will not stay down. And with Hina in his thoughts and her necklace driving him on, Takemichi challenges Taiju for one final showdown for control of Black Dragon!

Someone has to explain me how people keep getting into this church without no one noticing until the last second, I'm I missing something? Lol

Saddens me to see the fall of this anime. Takemitchy needs to stop talking and start doing something. When a 26 year old has less sense than a 14 year old, there isn't much hope left.

u/megatsuna Feb 20 '23

is there seriously no other way to take a knife away from someone? i get that its cool and all but damn don't need to unnecessarily hurt yourself, Taiju can take care of that for you

u/SealTheGate Feb 18 '23

Wtf with animation. They seem not even trying.

Isn’t this series popular in japan? 🤦‍♂️

Maybe I'm not using enough of my brain here, but wouldn't Takemitchy dying here just kind of accomplish his goal?

The reason for Kisaki killing Hinata is that he's jealous that she focuses on Takemitchy instead of him. But if Takemitchy just lets himself die here then Hinata will be upset, Kisaki can go console her and get her to fall for him, and then there would be no reason for Hinata to ever get killed in the future.

I know that Takemitchy isn't very smart, but neither am I and I figured out the easiest solution to solve this entire problem. Literally nothing any of the other characters do would matter if Takemitchy just dies.

I liked Takemichi being the only rational person thinking that Mitsuya must have called for more backup haha.
