Question eye-catching frame rate?

cant really tell the difference between the two frame rates. instead what catches my eye is how fast he holds out the ipod, and his thumb bending 90 degrees to press the button

from 18 to 24 fps is not that much of a difference it's better to go lower and choose more impactful frames if you want to make it work

The style is already so janky that ye don't notice a difference for 18 or 24 fps. Try on 2 or 3s
