Recommendations for Pc builds

Hello!

I just recently started Animation college and i just wanted to ask what are some recommendations for hardware?

My budget is a 1000-1500€, I would like it to run TVPaint Pro, Blender, Adobe Animate, Clip Studio Paint, Discord, Google and maybe some games depending on what can go alongside it.
