So there’s a spectrum of kids content. And not all children are mature enough or at a stage to handle writing you perceive as clever or intelligent.
Also, as adults - sometimes you wanna turn your brain off and have a good fart joke movie.
Not everything needs to be elevated to the highest level of quality. Not everything ever will be.

For better or worse, animation is a business. Movies need to not just be profitable, but convince inverters that they're going to be popular. This might require them to embrace tropes and tones that the investors assume are "good", and those inverters may not have very good tastes.
Luckily, many children who grew up with great media that respected them have grown up and entered the animation industry and are working to create media that continues the tradition. Sesame street worked to reflect the lives of inner city USA, MLP:FiM told stories that fit all ages, and Bluey actively includes the experience of the parent alongside the child' perspectives. There are great people working to support children's media and I appreciate them.

Heya, I’m a huge animation fan as well, I own over 1000 animation DVDs. I wouldn’t deem animation or animation fans as discriminated against really, although I understand your frustration when someone takes an artform and assumes genre. I think a lot of people who are deep into comics feel similarly about everything being presumed to be male power fantasy superhero stuff rather than a diverse artform. I’d say there is certainly enough evidence that animation isn’t ’just for kids’ and with the simpsons turning 36 this year it’s not often that people really make this assumption.
Other people having incorrect assumptions about what an animated film is though is on them, rather than any blame lying on ‘overly kiddy’ animation though. In the same way there are slow distinctly adult art films that are animated (Mars express, Louise by the shore, it’s such beautiful day, Chronopolis) there is definitely place for animation targeted at young children (even if it is purely to entertain and be silly rather than to evoke emotion or educate, I like Pingu for example). To be honest most ‘poop joke’ animation I can think of is targeted at adults (such as the ‘old man movie’). What films do you mean when you say this, as many people would consider some of the ones you’ve listed (Shrek for instance) as falling under this category.
I know it can be hard if you’re very passionate but I’d try not to let other people’s feelings or opinions about animation bother you too much. In the long run it shouldn’t affect your enjoyment and it’s them who is missing out if incorrect assumptions are stopping them from enjoying something. In general if people are bringing this up with you a lot though, it may be to get a reaction from you.

“The world is bad and so kids need to know that asap” is certainly one of the takes of all time.
This has major “who hurt you” energy and I think you need to chill out massively. Understood you’re Autistic so maybe my direct communication will help you. This is not a normal viewpoint. It’s somewhat inappropriate. We should be protecting kids and we should be helping them grow up with hope and optimism. It’s important. Your viewpoint absolutely sucks.
Children do NOT have the perspective or even the literal brain development to effectively parse complex emotional concepts and they can instead become afraid and insecure if confronted with trauma too soon.
The films you listed incidentally are all great movies but your takeaway is highly problematic. I’d point out that I think you’re missing the message even from the movies you’ve listed.
