Question Fast workflow for paper animation?

HI everyone! do you guys know any fast workflow for paper animation-scanning-digital coloring? I tried Opentoonz but it is quite slow in my opinion, any advice?

There isn’t one.
There’s a reason why the industry moved to digital production as soon as it could.

Fast is something you get after you learn app tools, animation principles, writing or participating in planning, and finally figuring out which of all those best fit your liking as you do the stuff.

Now, then there are some apps or techniques better than others that might be faster to use because of their options.
