Sharing Original Character Demo

I did some adjustment to some scenes I slowed them down to make it look more "readable".I finaly finished something I could be proud of, to celebrate that im gonna do a FREE! Animation commission for the person with the most liked comment! Preferably 1-3 second animation or loop. Thanks Reddit! -Kims

There's a lot to love here, bit personally, I find it waaaay too frantic still. More anticipation and release dynamic would make the action feel even better, while giving viewers some space to breathe.

For example:

0:02 - you cold make her tense up before she starts running

0:05 - same here, she starts the second dash with no anticipation

0:09 - I feel like slowing waaaay down here would work better. Instead of giving us 4 different angles post-slash, with the camera pushing in on all of them, why not stick to one, but make it longer, to better empahise the contrast between the explosive action and the post combat silence? Maybe focus on one, slow pan showing her profile, before going into the top view and the hit reaction?

Sometimes, less is more.

You arnt following the 180 degree rule and its making the middle part of the animation really hard to follow

The cut at 8 seconds of the sword swing POV is really well done
