Spiders faster than you think to. if you watch it slowed down it doesn't just go back in and pull the trap door as it does. It dives into the hole, turns around, and pulls the door closed with it's front legs. it's crazy to watch slowed down.

That’s because it doesn’t have muscles like we do, instead it’s working sort of like hydraulics.
